My wife and I purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Neil at Walnut Creek Honda and we were very impressed with the price, information and no pressure sales experience that we had. Other Honda dealers were trying to get us to sign a contract before we even really decided on the model that we wanted, however, there we were allowed several visits and test drives before deciding.

Easy buying experience

I wasn't even interested in a Honda, but I thought I'd better try the Fit, just to complete my hatchback research. As it turned out, Walnut Creek Honda had, by far and away, the best customer process. I contacted them via their website form and received a response in less than an hour (none of the other local dealers matched that). The appointment was set, the car was ready for me to drive, and when I finished, an email with the price was on my phone as I walked away. Very easy. There was zero pressure (the only dealer that did NOT pressure me) and I enjoyed working with Eric Carr. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because the gentleman doing the actual financial processing tried to sell me stuff I didn't want. Not cool and seemed out-of-sync with the rest of the experience. I ordered a model in a colour that wasn't on the lot, but it was there the next day.
