We got an exellent price on exactly the car we wanted. Would cheerfully shop there again. However, we also worked hard on the deal for over a month. Cannot walk in the door and walk out that day with the best deal. Have to play the game. We sought quotes and asked questions of many different dealerships to expand our information resources so that we could negotiate from knowledge instead of wishful thinking.
