The salesman Michael Townsend was awesome he took the time to really assist my situation. The entire sales team was attentive and thorough and tailored my purchase to my budget. Selene was consistent and really gave me hope for my hopeless situation. Jeff the finance manager waa amazing and treated me like a person not a number. Coolant leak handled good

I was having a problem with my coolant leaking which brought me to services. Rhonda was my advisor and handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. I always appreciate when peoole are very busy and are still able to maintain a positive attitude. My car was in the shop for a couple days but I was given a rental. Now my car runs great with all the problems fixed. Im happy with ny visit.

New Flex

Well once again it came time to buy a new vehicle and we instantly started to look at what Sunland had on the lot. We were checking online shortly after I got a call from Ashley Villanueva. Ashley asked if there was any thing she could do to help us out and after talking to her she set up a appointment for my family to come in and drive a Flex. When we came in Ashley had the car ready to go and had us set up with Cal Conner. The best thing about that is Cal sold us our F150 Sport about 1 yr ago . Cal and the Sunland Ford team did it again, took care of all my family needs and made it very easy to work with them. Sunland make it way too easy to buy a new vehicle. Any time someone asks us about where they should look at getting a new or used vehicle. I tell them to go see Cal at Sunland they will take care of you. Our new Flex is amazing thank you Sunland Ford for once again treating us like Family.

I am reviewing SOLEY on the Service Department and personnel. This is in no way an endorsement of the Ford product - which I still have serious reservations about. I can't praise the Service Department enough for taking what I'm sure was an awkward situation for them and doing their absolute best to fix the issue. Larry is, hands down, the best in the business. He called me frequently, even when he had no progress to report, but just to touch base on a regular basis. I'm sure those phone calls couldn't have been easy to make but he did it anyway. That's a HUGE asset. Randy, who was eventually the technician who made the repair, and, really, ANY members of the team who tried to figure things out, deserve major kudos for sticking with it. Fantastic job everyone!

My family and I were on our way to Laughlin. We are from the Orange County Area so we were passing through Victorville when our 2015 Ford Flex shut down on us passing your dealership on the 15 North. We were able to get the Flex to you guys and within 2 1/2 hours was already back on the road for our trip! John and staff were very accommodating looking through different rental car options as a backup plan if the Flex was not able to be addressed that day. Again, we were on a time crunch and the General Sales Manager (forgot his name) even came through and made sure we had a plan in place. You guys really made it much easier and we were able to get to Laughlin in time.... We can't thank you enough. Just wish you guys were closer to us, we would come to you for any maintenance.... 10 stars all the way!!! Much Thanks and God Bless

The lug nuts on my car's wheels were worn down and swollen. I called Sunland Ford,the service manager, Chuck, and the service representative, Vinnie, were very helpful. They replaced the lug nuts, and I was on my way in about an hour.
