I am completely and thoroughly impressed with Valencia Acura! I live in another town, approx. 1.5 hours away, and reached out via email to inquire about a car. I was responded to immediately and struck up a conversation over text with Matt Randall. Matt and his team made the car buying process seamless and painless! I was able to walk into the dealership, test drive my car and sign right away! No hassles, no headaches! We were treated as friends just like the sign says! I have never been this impressed with a dealership before, usually it's the opposite. These guys are legit great people. From the Sales Manager John to our sales guy Matt, to the finance manager Mike. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone I know to visit these guys when looking for a car.

Tony and everyone at Valencia Acura were professional and friendly. They honored the agreed upon Edmunds Price Promise on a 2015 ILX 2.4 with manual transmission and Premium Package at a significant savings to MSRP. Communication was quick and easy via e-mail, and the car was ready and waiting when I arrived at the dealership. I would highly recommend Valencia Acura to anyone in the market for a new car.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a new 2011 Acura MDX at Valencia Acura. We had done a lot of research on Edmunds forum and got some E*quote from several dealerships so we knew the price that we're willing to pay. The folks at Valencia Acura are very professional and friendly and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I highly recommend Valencia Acura to anyone interested in a positive car buying experience!
