Greeted soon after arriving and taken into the guest waiting room. They took care of the oil change and made sure everyone in the waiting room had access to coffee, water, and snacks. Friendly staff, efficient service, and comfortable environment.

Every time I walk in to get my car serviced I leave with a good experience. Ozzy is an amazing person and always goes above and beyond for his customers. My lease was up and he referred me to David. David was great as well. He was texting me and asking me questions and by the time I got to the dealership he had a handful of cars that he thought I would like. I picked one out quickly and the long process began to get financed! Well, this is where Adam and Armando came into the picture. They made the stressful situation of financing so easy. The catered to my sister and I and made the long drawn out process a great experience! Adam went the extra mile and fought for me to get approved because my lease was up the next day and I would be without a car if I did not get one that day! I appreciate everyone at this dealership and will continue to bring my service here and recommend them 100%! This says a lot cause I’ve changed my cars every year since I was 18.

My husband’s truck went in for service. I had to drop it off as my schedule is the most flexible. I was shuttled to my place of work. I was asked what time I would be ready for pick up. They texted me to let me know when truck was done. Very attentive to our needs.

The service department will give you a quote for the repairs needed on your car, once they start they will find more things that are not broken or worn and recommend replacing them. They also will not honor their warranty’s. I have lost all trust and confidence in their service department.

Chris was great to deal with on our purchase. We purchased thru preapproval thru capital one sure helped make the process easy. Rosa in finance was great too. No pushing sales or pushing you into things you dont want. Would recommend Mataga dealership

Outstanding Dealership

Mataga GMC is an excellent dealership. We have bought 2 cars there over a 6 year period and both times we had a no pressure and very friendly experience. Tina Huckabee in the Internet Dept is truly excellent and wonderful to work with. We got a very fair quote both times in advance which made the visit to the dealership very smooth with no surprises. She also took 45 minutes both times explaining all the features and buttons on the car which my wife really appreciated. That extra touch really made us feel good about buying there. Service was also outstanding. This dealership was not the closest one to our home, but the extra drive over there was absolutely worth it.

Went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable while waiting for my oil change. They have a kids play area for the kids to have fun instead of waiting in the lobby. Nelson was such a big help he brought the car up by the entrance after it was finished. Thank you Mataga!

Requested a quote online and got a very quick response from Greg N. He provided a very good price on the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to go out and test drive the vehicle within a couple days and decided to purchase. My husband wasn't with me so we couldn't finalize the paperwork, but they had it all ready when we came back the next day. The whole experience was quick and easy.

Needed more help in the service area assisting customers, too long of a wait. There was also a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor! Also received a car was that was inadequate. There were hard water spots on the windows and doors because he let it set on the window before drying off.

The internet sales manager, Tina Huckabee, was very knowledgeable. She knew all of the technical information on the 2015 Yukon and made sure the car i inquired on was not prematurely traded to another dealer. I would highly recommend Tina to future car buyers. The finance manager also was very knowledgeable on the forms and procedures to follow to expedite me through the financing process.
