Great Salesman - Good inventory

Our salesman was Excellent, no pressure knew his product, had all the answers to my questions. Gave us the keys and we were off on our own. Purchased the car with very little hassle. The paper work in finance was very long (hours to get accomplished) , but other than that a good dealership.

By the time I got to Long Beach Mini, I had been looking at several Mini's (styles, dealerships, websites, etc.) for about a week...I was burnt out and a bit put off by the experiences at one place in particular. I went to Long Beach from Pasadena because I wanted to make sure that I had seen every car I might be interested in. From the moment of making the appointment with Matt on the phone to actually buying my dream car (a 2018 Clubman S) I felt heard, appreciated, informed, and served by EVERYONE at this dealership. A few days after buying my car, I was showing it to a friend who also has a Mini and he told me he got his from Long Beach Mini too. Thank you, LONG BEACH MINI!

I had excellent customer service from all departments . Wael (great), Jerome( extremely knowledgable , Enrique( extremely helpful and transparent with the financing. The two BMW Genesius were fantastic. Gator in the service/part area is a true team player and very customer focus he is the reason we returned to the dealer
