too confusing

Stopped into look at the 2013 srx. loved the car and still do, but the BS you have to go thru to make sure you get the best deal is just to much. after looking around on the internet it seems there are ways to get the cost down from 2000$ to 6000$ plus incentives. so for now ill just keep my car until i can get someone on my side to get the best deal so Im not ripped off.

Nice for sales, Not the best service

Purchase a used vehicle at a really good price. Sales person was exceptional...Yeah Mark! Had some minor issues to work out: No remotes, no manual, radio signal bad in mountain areas, leak found somewhere causing steering to feel gritty and be noisy, seats had some stains (car not detailed very good to be shown for sale in my opinion). Some of the issues have been addressed. Service department doesn't seem to really want to jump on things, when they did have the car the first time to evaluate leak, car was given back with fresh oil drops inside floorboard and on my new mats. No detailing was done to clean up interior.Felt like I was being blown off about the leak and parts were ordered for radio issue.My husband put the car up in the air and found out where the leak was coming from (not sure why they couldn't do the same) and the car was returned to be fixed. Got one generic looking remote, radio has new antennae, I think, but still looses reception a bit when in mountain area (no other car radio I've had has ever done).Leak still not fixed, parts ordered again. Happy with vehicle and sales team at purchasing, not so in love with service dept. Just want to get these issues addressed so we can be on our way and out of their hair, they probably feel the same way!
