Great Price For Selling My Car

by JEREMYA on 03/14/2020

I received a better price for my used car than anyone else I went to. The process was quick and the entire staff was very friendly. They had a great selection of other cars as well. It's great because they're not a single brand, you get to see so many different makes and models. I will definitely be back for buying or selling my next car.

misrepresentation / lack of professionalism

by robert on 10/24/2019

I came to anytime auto today to buy a car I have had my eye on for a long time. in fact, this was my third time at the dealership. I was told by Andrew (or drew) that if I didn't qualify for a loan at the bank, the dealership would provide funding for the transaction. I had more than enough downpayment. I told him I would be refused by the bank because I have two existing auto loans - both of which are current. nevertheless, I applied at the bank of his request and I was denied the loan. when I attempted to contact Andrew to purchase the car with in house financing, he chose to ignore me. I politely texted him three times. in fact, in the last text, I asked him to please let me know if he decided against the in house loan, so I could go on with my day. still, he ignored me. I don't understand why he could not take a moment to let me know he changed his mind. this is simply another example of the rudeness and misrepresentation which is rampant in the used car industry.

So far not so good

by LacciL on 09/27/2019

I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Silverado from anytime Auto group. After a 4 day long purchasing/financing experience it was finally time to pick up my new truck. As I was leaving the dealership I was checking off my list of questions I had. The add said it came with floormats, there were no floormats. I was told sorry our listings are generically generated. Just the make and models etc. get swapped out so the description may not be entirely accurate. I was given 1 and a half keys with one remote that doesnt work. The second key they gave me was worn down to barely a nub, like WTH? Why even give me this thing? I threw it away. So as I drove away from the lot I had one last question for the lot tech. I rolled down my window and asked the tech my question and as I began to drive off the passenger side window wouldnt roll back up. So I pulled back into the lot and flagged over the lot tech. I told him that the windows wouldn't roll up. He came over and looked at my driver side control panel in my door and said there is probably something wrong with the electrical. Or maybe you need to get a new control panel. I'm thinking ok... wouldnt this be something you checked out and repaired before you sold it? And if not couldnt you have disclosed that on the test drive? The truck had a broken driver side view mirror as it was not functional. But I knew that at the time I purchased the vehicle. Again their response was yeah you'll have to buy a new mirror. So over the next 48 hours I began to familiarize myself with my new truck. The driver side door doesnt close unless you slam it. The hindges are bent or something. I did replace both sideview towing mirrors but the electronic adjusting mirrors do not adjust with the switch. The old ones had the same problem. I can roll all the windows down but I cant roll any of them up besides mine. The remote to lock/unlock does not work. I've changed the battery twice. Also, I cannot lock or unlock the vehicle from the driver side controls. The truck was Filthy. At first glance it was so, so but as I really dove into it it was disgusting. So I'm like ok I've got somethings to fix but eventually I'll get it all ironed out In time. But then this past friday as I'm driving down a hill going about 40 mph my front driver side tire buckles and I drag the truck to a halt. When I got out of the truck it appeared that the tire had broken off the axle. The only thing holding it on was the rotar assembly. The mechanics diagnosis is the spindle broke and snapped off the axle. He said hes only since this happen one other time in his entire cateer. So I'm thinking ok dont stress out we purchased the after market warranty everything's going to be fine. No such luck... I have to have the vehicle for 30 days and driven it 1000 miles. I have had the truck for 34 days and driven it 980 miles so I have not met the initial qualifying requirements. So now I have at least a $900.00 repair bill, I'm left with no vehicle, and all before I've made the first payment. As I've been getting closer with the truck I have discovered everything I come acrossed is okey dokey together. Every bolt is stripped, every screw is mismatched, the radio antenna and its motor gone. It was just stuck to the roof with some what appeared to be Quake Hold as seen on t.v. It's just been one stupid thing after another and then the tire comes off. But what can I do.... Depending on the response in regards to these issues I receive from the dealership I may change my opinion and rating score. I'm hoping for the better. So far not so good...

Rip Off Dealer !!!! Selling auction they know have major issues.

by OLDCARGUY on 06/02/2019

Wholesale dealer auction cars, These are cars BMW Porsche respectable dealers dont want on their lots for good reasons. Very rude personal here, hung up on me when. I started questing him about the IMS issues on the Porsche and price. Told me he did not know why I was telling him this it does not matter to him. They don't like knowledgeable customers because it exposes them on their quality of the vehicle and the pricing of junk cars real dealers will not have on their lots... Dont buy a car here they are auction cars with major issues these guys are hiding... Rip off dealer... BEWARE.. These people don't care about YOU at all! Take that Porsche home and be spending 15k for a new motor... A real Warning from a real car guy:) Other 5* reviews here lol, Im sure they posted them.

Loving My New Subaru!!

by LindaT on 03/30/2018

When the mechanic I took my awesome Pathfinder to totalled my vehicle, it was a very stressful time. I am a single mom working 40+ hours per week and had very little time to deal with the inconvenience, much less to search for a used car that would be a suitable replacement for what I had. The moment I walked into Anytime Auto, all that stress went away. I found a used Subaru Forester that I love and have been driving now for several months with only great things to say. Vitaliy made the entire process so simple, straight forward, and comfortable. It was the perfect combination of great service and a really great quality vehilcle. I would reccomment this place to anyone! Thank you Anytime Auto!!

Mechanical Non-disclosure

by jway1818 on 12/05/2017

I spent most of my time interacting with Stan, who was very pleasant and straightforward. My problem came when I was ready to buy the car. He was reasonable on the price, and allowed me to take it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Unfortunately, my mechanic found an undisclosed leak in the transmission with fluid stains indicating it had been around for a while. Due to the nature and location of the leak, it is highly unlikely the dealer was not aware of this leak prior to my inspection of the vehicle. When I returned with this information, they attempted to convince me that this would be a cheap fix with no potential repercussions and I should buy the car without any change in price. I had been quoted $1700 to fix the initial problem with the warning that it could have been around for long enough to cause MUCH more damage causing many more issues. I offered the dealer either the chance to repair the transmission and I would proceed with sale, or drop the price by $2k and I would fix myself, thus taking the risk of incurring a larger cost if there was more damage. They told me to take a hike. Make sure you do your homework with these guys and DEFINITELY get a second opinion on the car. If anyone wants to buy the 2014 VW Jetta Sportwagen (Manual) I have the inspection report available.
