I have been a customer of P of M's service and parts dept for several years, but this is my first purchase. I stopped by the store and spoke with Nick in the parts dept. He showed me the car I was interested in and introduced me to Kelly Valenti with whom I made an appointment to drive the car. In short, the entire experience could not have been easier. Kelly was completely knowledgeable of the car and went above and beyond any expectation to make sure everything was handled.

Excellent customer service! They stopped at nothing to find me the exact Cayenne that I wanted and even gave me a loaner car to drive in the mean time since I traded in my old Cayenne. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be in the future!

I bought a 99 booster and was rebuilding the car. When a 2013 came available at a mileage and price my bank gave me most of it. The dealership went the extra steps to put me in the car. I cannot be happier with monterey Porsche. They always go out of their way to make you.feel as if you are their most valuable customer. I will always bring my car for repair and purchase any new cars from them

My best car-dealership experience. Maybe it's because they have a line of cars that sell themselves. Whatever the reason--which is likely that staff is simply a cut above--it's not the high-pressure, gamesmanship that I've previously experienced many times. Beautiful facility, as well. Highly-regarded service department, too!
