Best purchase experience I've ever had

I purchased a 2015 Rio. Maybe that's not a "high pressure" sale item but I was totally impressed by the LACK of pressure. I got the car I wanted at an incredible price, plus extra extended-warranty. The sales staff could not have been more friendly. They gave me a fair trade-in value as well. And, I had no issues negotiating the price on my trade - in other words - I did not feel intimidated. When I asked for more $ for my trade, they actually gave it to me. Nice comfortable waiting area - very clean. I intend to do business with these people again. Maybe soon. I like my Rio so much I may now be in the market for something a little bigger.

Bad Experience

I purchased a 2011 Kia Forte EX new from the dealership. The dealer had very pushy sales tactics and continually pushed me to stay and reconsider new offers after I asked to leave multiple times. The dealership made multiple errors in the purchase process including shipping in a model a year older than our agreed deal was for and additionally filing the DMV paperwork wrong. My car after purchase has had issues that require servicing several times within the first 6 months and my request to return the vehicle as a bad product has been ignored for the past 4 months while my complaints of problems with the vehicle have not been remedied.
