No stress experience

Purchasing a vehicle is stressful!!!! My husband amd I had been looking at cars for weeks. We finally decided on what we wanted and the hunt was on to find where it was located. We were lead to Hansel Acura. Our Saturday started out early to go see the car. We were welcomed by Gage Stephen’s. After traveling over an hour it was refreshing for Gage to tell us EVERYTHING he knew about the car. Before we test drive the car we knew exactly what the car features were. On the test drive Gage continued to show us all the bells and whistles the car had. At no point was any of the processes rushed. There wa no pressure after the test drive during the “numbers crunching” Gage communicated with finance and management our every request and gave us time to discuss privately for as long as we needed. When everything was finally a GO Gage celebrated with us. Gage continued to answer our questions even after we pulled off the lot. We aren’t in a position to purchase more vehicles at the moment but for ALL future purchases you will find us at Hansel Acura with Gage and the team. After years of purchasing vehicles we learned at Hansel that the experience can be stress free.

Gage Stephens in sales was knowledgeable and great to deal with when purchasing our new 2018 TLX A Spec. Having owed Acuras for the last decade, Gage and the crew at Hansel Acura (Katie in service and Kourtney in finance) reminded us why we drive an Acura and do business in Sonoma County. Thank you to the fantastic personnel that made this new purchase smooth. We love, love, love our new Acura.
