IF ONLY DEALERSHIPS IN LA DID BUSINESS LIKE WINN HYUNDAI OF SANTA MARIA

I was incredibly impressed with how honest and professional Adrian (salesperson) and Ross (sales manager) were from beginning to end. My dad was involved in an accident where his car was hit and totalled and he needed a new vehicle. I was concerned that due to my dad's age and trusting nature that he would be taken advantage of, coupled with the fact that I live 3.5 hours away in LA and I could not go to the dealership with my father, but that was not the case. I got involved from the beginning and was transferred to their sales manager who told me he would take care of my dad and that he would work with me in the negotiation of the price and the financing terms. We soon arrived at a great price and all my dad had to do was visit the dealership to complete the paperwork. Ross informed me who would handle the finance paperwork and he even texted me to let me know that he got my dad a lower rate than what he had initially offered which lowered his monthly payment. Adrian was also incredibly helpful in going to the car rental business so that my dad could turn in his rental and have a ride back to the dealership. Adrian also called me to let me know that he had given my dad a tour of my dad's new car and he programmed his Bluetooth phone and showed him the basics of his new car. In the end my dad had the smoothest car-buying experience ever, he got a below invoice price on an 2018 car, and most importantly, my dad was very happy with his new car and his car payment. I CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF ROSS WHO KEPT HIS WORD ON EVERY TERM WE DISCUSSED, PABLO WHO DID NOT TRY TO SELL MY DAD ANYTHING HE DID NOT NEED IN FINANCE, AND ADRIAN WHO MADE SURE MY DAD FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HIS NEW 2018 HYUNDAI ACCENT. If anyone needs a Hyundai, Winn Hyundai of Santa Maria is the place to go!! I JUST WISH DEALERSHIPS IN LA WERE THIS HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. You guys are great and I am very grateful that you treated my dad with so much respect and kindness. We all have fathers if we're lucky and Ross and Adrian certainly follow the Golden Rule of treating others like you would like to be treated. THANK YOU ROSS, PABLO, AND ADRIAN!!
