I bought a Ranger from this group 10 years ago. It was a sad experience. At first the sales guy was great, but after it was sold, I was a nobody. The finance guy was a totally numb-less body. He got upset when he couldn't get his way when he wanted me to disparage about the salesman's tactics. (The salesman was new) Basically I just wanted to give the salesman a break on what mistakes he had told me. The finance guy brought in the owner and the owner just wanted to get the sale and get this customer out of the building with a truck. So I bought the truck and never saw them again....... This time around I went in looking at the new cars. Salesman took for the test ride and just kept pushing for a sales, after he found he couldn't commit me, I was wasting his time, he then brought in his supervisor to explain the situation... I asked myself, why is this warranted, I just came in to look at a car and liked it. Then it brought back all the memories of the last time I was in there. Forget that, I knew the salesman wasn't going to be there the next day, so I left and came back and asked more questions. For some reason, all those sales guys knew that I had dealt with the original salesman, so they told me they could help, but wanted me to actually deal with the original sales man, cool, that was the best part of the visit, no pressure. So I got my information from the salesmen and went to another Ford dealership out of town and dealt with haggling over the phone. When I got to the other dealership, I was out of there in less than in hour with the car of my choice. Thank god for Edmunds.com. I appreciate the tools that are on here.
