I just picked up a Ram 3500DRW. As inventory is low I was searching all over and found what I wanted at SMCDJR. I dealt with Kelsey via phone/text and made the deal before I even drove here. Kelsey was great to work with and has an amazing personality. She was very knowledgeable on the truck and made sure everything was taken care of. Henry (think that’s his name) in finance was great. Very nice guy and absolutely no pressure. He offered the extras like extended warranty etc, but didn’t push it when I said I wasn’t interested. I will definitely call Kelsey when I’m in the market for another vehicle. Overall, probably the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. And I have bought A lot of vehicles. I highly recommend SMCDJR.
