Great staff at this location. A special shout out to Rodger Eva for making the purchase of my RAV4 a pleasant one... twice ! Mr. Eva sold me a RAV4 in 2017 that I was very happy with. Most unfortunately it was totaled in a car accident. The airbags did their job so no one was hurt. When I got the check from the insurance company I went straight to Toyota Marin again and asked for Rodger Eva. Much to my delight he was still employed there and, sympathetic to my mishap, He made buying my second RAV4 easy peezy! Thank you Toyota! Thank you Rodger Eva!

Moe Abukwiek (and team) politely and patiently helped us review and test drive several cars in our interest. They answered all questions honestly, clearly, and knowledgeably. The experience and sale did not feel aggressive or pressured. In the end, I was happy to get help from Moe and his team at Toyota Marin. With sincere and friendly staff, I look forward to maintenance and purchasing cars with them in future. I strongly recommend Moe and his team, if you are considering the purchase of a used car (we didn't even make it to Honda Marin because we felt valued and respected at Toyota Marin).

I just bought my second (and then third) car from Toyota Marin, over the course of a few days. What easily could have been a complicated and stressful process was quick and painless, thanks to Kalvin Carr, the salesperson who helped me. Kalvin was knowledgeable and patient, kept me updated, and was easy to get in touch with when needed. Huy Pham (sales manager) and Cathie Badger (finance manager) also assisted at various points during this process. What a great dealership and a great team! I’m loving my new car so far, and am grateful to have had such an enjoyable car buying experience. I highly recommend Toyota Marin for anyone who wants to buy a car without stress.

I have been searching for a new car as mine is starting to break down, so I went into Toyota to take a look at what they have to offer. I am not quite ready to purchase a car yet, but I plan to in the near future. We're not generally inclined to do review but this time warranted an exception. We just bought a new car in 16 years. We shopped for many makes and models and settled on a Toyota Camery Hybrid. Went to several Toyota dealerships and even considered online. None inspired us to buy. In the end, we went to Toyota Marin and so glad we did. We connected with a fantastic sales person -- Shah Pourmand. He was knowledgeable and considerate. He made us feel secure doing business with him. He was funny too! We were as relaxed as any new car buying experience could be. We would most certainly recommend him and Toyota Marin.

My recent experience of buying a new car was a delight, thanks to the individual service provided by David Reuter at the Toyota Marin dealership, At the end of 2018, Prius cars were flying off the shelves and there were only a few models left in the state. David and his team made an all out effort to locate and acquire the precise model and color from another California dealership. After a few days, David called me to say that he had found one. I was treated like royalty by David and his team. I drove away with a peach of a deal. It was, altogether, a great experience for a happy customer. Thanks!

Working with David Reuter was a very pleasant experience. It was my first new car buying experience. He acted mostly as a consultant, as opposed to the trope that we are all aware of and I was admittedly expecting when it comes to car sales. I genuinely appreciate this alternative approach and I think it's the right way to do business. It is my understanding this is the new mantra, at least at Toyota Marin. It allowed me to take my time, ask as many questions as I needed to, and foster my own confidence as I went, all in a low pressure environment. For anything that David did not know immediately he was able to involve the right people. He was patient through my meticulous and inquisitive process. Thank you very much David. I am a very happy owner of a new Toyota!

Our sales representatives, Shah and Tyler, were both absolutely wonderful. They spent plenty of time with us and were enthusiastic and positive, but never created any pressure. They explained the vehicle and and all aspects of the sale clearly and in detail. It was great to see how the sales representatives worked together during a busy day to make sure that we were well cared for. Joshua in contracts was clear in his explanations and very joyful. It really was an enjoyable experience buying a car at Toyota of Marin.

Lousy coffee couldn’t ruin a good deal on a Rav4. Brian Moore has been there for a long time and has always taken care of our family and friends. Save some time and hassle and ask for Brian if buying a new irnused car.
