Mark Winkler did a great job to help me with my car on Friday 09/02 before the long weekend even though I did not have an appointment. He even organized for the car to be cleaned after the repairs. I appreciate the great and speedy service.

Service exceeds my expectations

Service exceeds my expectations. My service manager, Tom Smith, has been doing this for over 10 years and he knows the ropes. As a new BMW owner, I have a lot of questions and he's able to draw on his experience on how to get things done. He listens to my concerns and manages repairs and service work to keep my ride in great shape. Recently had a great service experience: - fixed a failure in the trunk latch (under warranty) - great shuttle service between shop and home - service included BMW recall/upgrade items - service included routine oil change and other checks - all in great time - just a few hours

New 2017 M3 in for break-in service

Great service from Tom and team. New M3 was in for the 1200 mile break-in service. Then went above and beyond chasing down a door seal squeak and a rattle which is completely rectified. Also appreciate the proactive work on doing the recall for the rear brake shields. Thank you!

the car I wanted, the service I expected

Julian Rubbo was my primary contact at BMW of San Rafael. From start to finish he was excellent. He helped me configure the car after showing me the vehicle on the lot that was most similar, so I could see what the color combinations would look like, the M sport package looked like, and the options I wanted. He communicated when there was a status update and shared relevant links, making the process smooth. He was very considerate of my time. He then handed me off to Shaun to complete the paperwork. Shaun Hagerman was efficient and congenial, and I was out of the dealership with my car in a shorter amount of time than I had budgeted. I will definitely recommend BMW of San Rafael to my friends and family, even though it's not the closest dealership to my zip code.
