I had just turned 22 when I purchased my Jetta. I was a young educated woman with a great paying job. I had a difficult time finding a sales man who would take me seriously. I lucked out with a newbie at the VW dealership. He had no idea that he should be profiling me. He also had no idea what he was doing, and told me that my car came with many more features than it really did. They did not have my car in stock, and had it sent from San Jose. They gave me a loaner car while I waited. To this day I am sad that I dont have a 6 disc CD player.
