I'm writing this review a little late but...

I'm very upset with this dealership! I was in a bind when I came her but found my exact same vehicle I was having to give up except in a different color and more miles. I was extremely nervous about purchasing someone else's problems but like I said I was in a bind. I ended up coming back the next day and Asaad was not there as he said he would be so his cousin helped me, he was very nice but kept having to call Asaad for help and approval on my deal. Because the insurance company hadn't sent my check yet I was going to have to put $6ooo on a credit card and they were going to charge me $25 on the $100!! I said if I went to a furniture store and bought $6000 worth of furniture on a credit card they aren't going to charge me the 2 or 3% that the credit card companies charge you! They ended up waving it. When I took the car for a test drive it ran smooth drove smooth had new tires on it was clean all the way around, I had new Michelin Tires on my car and wanted them put on the car I was buying so I stupidly worked out a deal for them to trade the tires align my car and they could have their new tires. When I picked up the car it made a lot of noise but I was told by a friend it was the wear pattern being different from my car. Meanwhile I had gone back to Asaad and called several times with no phone call returned and Asaad was conveniently never in the office when I came to discuss the matter. I was told the car had the timing belt replaced by them and the car has a clean carfax, well I'm pretty sure the owner had an accident and had it repaired without an insurance claim because the left headlight is brand new with no oxidation (something I should have noticed and questioned). I took the car to my dealer yesterday because I had several things wrong with it. The back window fell, the second one that has fallen, its a $400 job, the oil pan has a bad leak and would have been noticeable when the timing belt was replaced and would have been an easy fix while they had it taken apart, and the wheel bearing and boot are bad and is why it is making noise. Why after taking their tires off and putting mine on and re-aligning it did the noise start right away? The pictures in the add don't show any paint chipping however the paint is chipping on the roof by the windshield. Buyer beware, they have A LOT of nice looking cars on their lot, I don't know where they get their cars from but really go in their with your eyes open lots of research and don't let them pull one over on you! Don't go in there desperate or your heart set on something, don't believe carfax either because if things aren't reported they don't show up!!!

Very happy with Industry Motors

My previous car had been totaled and dealing with the insurance company had been an ongoing stressful process for weeks. Unexpectedly having to find another car pronto wasn't helping. Industry had not just one, but three cars that were just what I wanted. Fadel answered all my questions and showed me all three cars. I never felt pressured, he was very patient. A week later I came back. I hadn't been able to find any other dealers that had what I wanted. Fadel helped me choose from the 3 cars I liked, again patiently answering endless questions. When it came time to deal with the finances and paperwork, he made what seemed like a daunting process to me go very smoothly and quickly. I left with the car feeling like a big weight had been removed from my shoulders. On top of everything else, I love my new car! There is no question that I made the right choice.
