Great Cars & Great People

by Lilly_le on 03/16/2016

I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from Armani Motors back in Dec and I had the best buying experience ever. After checking out several dealers to find the car I was interested in, I stopped by Armani Motors and found out they have great cars at awesome prices. Everyone was super nice and answered all my questions professionally. I test drove the car and fell in love with it right away. They got me financed in less than 10 minutes even though I was a first time buyer and had to spend hours at other dealerships to see if I could be approved. I was in and out in 20 minutes and had an excellent service there. I had to call them back a month later for some questions I had on the vehicle and they respectfully answered all my questions again. I would recommend them 100 %.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

by Eddy_sx on 11/25/2015

I have been a customer of Armani Motors for several years.  Buying or trading in vehicles is super easy.  About a 3 weeks ago we needed to purchase a reliable vehicle for my daughter in law. Pedy was great to work with for this purchase and we had a very pleasant experience.  He and the others were very friendly and at the same time professionals.  They are knowledgeable, honest and want to do what is right for the customer which is exactly what they did for us.  If you are in the market for a vehicle, want to sell your car or need easy and hassle free financing you won't be disappointed by this dealership. We'll be back for sure!

5k in REPAIRS Mercedes

by BenzNovice415 on 09/19/2015

I'll give them 2 stars b/c financing was okay. However, I was convinced to accept more months than I wanted to finance my vehicle. ....but we all know if you make bigger payments, more is applied to your principal which brings down the amount of interest you pay AND the length of your loan. My loan in particular does not have an early prepayment penalty :) WARNING: get a pre buy inspection at a local indie shop when you take it for a test drive. I fell in love with the car so I skipped this step:( I advise the above b/c I could have avoided the problems I experienced with my vehicle. Before I left the lot and I questioned a noise in the door made and Alex promised it would go away as it had been sitting. As with any new used car I become the new owner of I take it to the dealership for an oil change and inspection. Local dealership found that there were more than several problems with the car. I didn't believe this dealership so I took it to a local trusted in the shop is he checked everything that they suggested should be replaced because it may fail. Local indy spent 1 hour looking over my vehicle and found the same problems. There was a leak in AC compressor in a warped drive belt. Problems and Repairs ( before my first payment was even due) Door lock actuator $1463 AC compressor, compressor oil, receiver dryer, recharge AC system, freon 1,855 Rear shock absorbers $1,728 5 THOUSAND in repairs :( I should have just bought a new Mercedes. They offered me no help. I was really looking forward to a totally positive experience. UPDATE to response below ...the full story --- the tailgate groaned and only lifted halfway the first time I used it. This was so embarrassing at the supermarket trying to open it for the bagger to load my groceries. After 5k and repair I decided just not to use the lift gate but then I thought I want a fully functional vehicle. I just had to pay to have the rear tailgate actuator replaced for $528.63. ... the rear shock absorbers were covered in thick black crap which meant they needed to be replaced. If Armani Motors were really checking these vehicles they would have discovered the problem. Or perhaps it's because Alex and his family drove the car. When convincing me to buy it he said his wife wanted it and had fell in love with the car but he told no because they have enough cars. The true story is that Alex knew all the problems wrong with his car and didn't want his wife driving it. ...car came with no cargo cover. I was told by Peddy that he would have the guys that clean cars look for it. Of course THAT never happened. I bought one ebay for $300 as Mercedes wanted a little over 500... you need a cargo cover or else you're driving with a glass trunk. The TRANSMISSION down shifts hard when slowly coming to a stop. The shifting problem can only be remedied by replacing the valve body and conductor plate AND updating the software. Software updates means another trip to Mercedes as an indy shop does not have updated machinery and software as I've been told by several indy shops I've visited. This needed repair is a hefty SIX THOUSAND dollar repair. IT IS NEEDED as the car could get stuck in gear and not shift. The car CHIRPED LIKE A BIRD the next morning I started it up and by the time I drove 5 miles to the indy shop near me the sound went away. The next morning it does the same thing so I have it towed to my local indy shop. I have squeaking pulleys.... IT'S BEEN PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM. TO DATE I'VE ONLY DRIVEN THE CAR 986 miles. I don't get to enjoy the ride as it's always being repaired. I drive a beautiful NIGHTMARE. I'm worried about what else will need to be repaired. ....this place sells shiny and beautiful PRICEY PROBLEMS of a car. BE SMARTER THAN ME.
