The sales personnel.were very helpful and likeable. I felt comfortable Dealing with them and they listened to what I wanted And search hard to find the exact vehicle that I was looking for and we found it. After going to 2 other Hyundai dealerships they were not willing to negotiate But the gentleman at riverside, Hyundai We're very courteous and worked with us .

The GSM was super nice and cut me a hell of a deal other dealerships could not come close to meeting. Only downside is their current situation being in portables while their dealership is renovated. Parking lot is small and chaotic

I like how quick it was to get helped. I walked in and someone immediately greeted and asked what I needed help with. I had an appointment and they directed me to the person who who help me. She made the process easy and my car was ready to go quicker than expected which is always a pleasant surprise.

Customer service here at Hyundai in Riverside is by far the best! This is my second purchase and I am super happy that I returned. Clemente is the best salesman! 1000/10 would recommend everyone to come here for their next vehicle!

I have on a few Hyundai's before and always take them to this dealership. I always ask for David in service and he never disappoints. I've had a few problems with my current CPO but took it in to David and he was able to fix all of them and get me the lowest possible payment. I highly recommend asking for him and using this dealership for your service needs.

We really had a wonderful experience when we bought our Santa Cruz here. After the first service appointment, I called my wife and told her how happy I was with the service they provided. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, exactly when they said they were going to do it They even had me out a little bit sooner than anticipated. The waiting room is comfortable and the free coffee and snacks doesn’t hurt!

I have going to this dealership for a while to get my service on my car done and let me tell you they are amazing. Not only are they professional but they are caring and lookout for you. They don’t cut corners and will make sure you know what services should be looked into on your upcoming visits. The past few times I’ve gone, David has been the one to take care of me and he does an amazing job. Please if your in the area and looking for a good dealership to maintenance your car come here.

This dealership actually has integrity compared to a lot of the other ones. They actually remember me and do such a great job whenever I need to service my Sonata. They replaced a failed component for me recently and I could not even tell there was work afterwards, they always do an amazing job.

Austin the Service Writer was clear, detailed and prompt in response to what I was there for, gave great feedback on the facts of the diagnosed problem, gave me a realistic estimate up front and handled a revision professionally. Got the job done as fast as possible and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I’d recommend him in a heart beat. He pays attention!

From the time I was greeted at the service desk, the staff made you feel at ease by them being an all hands on deck crew! It was a pleasure to watch their efficiency, interacting with other customers in office as well as with me. My service manager, David Ruiz in particular was warm, knowledgable, ,helpful, informative and not pushy. He handled having the situation with my vehicle with such accuracy! This is a highly recommended service center!

This review is strictly for the service department. Have yet to be disappointed! Every time I got I leave knowing my car is/was in good hands. My N-Line GT is always taken care of! Huge shout out to Chan! Has been there since day 1(very first oil change).

Never have I ever found a more excellent dealership than Riverside Hyundai! They are intelligent, gracious, patient, friendly, and fully knowledgeable about the cars and products they sell and maintain. Big B in sales is the best person to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. B will get you the best deal and he will tell you if he has a better deal for you. Honesty is so important and it’s important to Riverside Hyundai. The service department is superb. David Ruiz, manager, runs the department seamlessly. Service is amazing. My husband and I have purchased five Hyundais and have maintained them here. Our family members have purchased cars here. It’s a great place to get a sweet deal on a new ride.
