As always, Ricky Ho was excellent. Greeted me and listened to what I had to say about the vehicle. He got back to me right away when the diagnosis was available. He kept me informed about the entire progress. The vehicle was finished on time. Iam very happy with the repair

True Customer Care!

I received a notice that my vehicle would be prone to airbag light coming on which it was. I took it in and they had a rental car available for me. I was going out of town and even though my car was done early, they allowed me to keep the rental an extra day. True Customer Care right there! :)

Great Service, as usual

The Dutton Cadillac Service Department is top rank, bar none. My car was serviced at the agreed upon time. I was kept informed of the progress of the service. And the completion of the work was as timely and cost conscious as promised by Ed Fowler, my service advisor.

I've been taking my Cadillacs to Dutton Motor Company for service for many years. My most recent vehicle, a 2014 XTS4 Vsport, was purchased there new. The car has been almost flawless and routine service and minor repairs have been well-handled by Dutton. Service Advisor Ed Fowler is the best but his colleagues are very good as well.

Average Service

I have used Dutton Motor service department for about 6 years. They do decent work, but they don't follow through to the end. The last few times that I've had regular service done I was expecting to receive the 24 point inspection report. One time I had to ask for it and proceeded to wait for close to 20 minutes while they retrieved it, which is ridiculous! My guess was that they didn't do one and were completing it after I asked for a copy. The last time I was there which was a few weeks ago I didn't receive the inspection report again! I didn't have time to waste so I left without asking for it. It seems like it should be a standard process. I'd like to know the wear on my tires and brakes. Am I close to needing to replace them or not?? It would be nice to know. It's a nice clean place. They probably put more time and effort into the appearance of the customer service area then they do to actual customer service. Don't get me wrong. The customer service folks are nice people, but they overall service can be improved.

Car of my Dream

From the first phone call I made to inquire about the car I had an interest in, they responded in a timely manner to call me back. Tim Carney was my Sales Consultant from the start. He was courteous and scheduled an appointment for me to see the car. When I saw the car in person, I was sold. Tim spent the day showing me features of the car, showed me other models of the car so I would be 100% satisfied with my purchase. What I appreciated most was his time was spent on us exclusively. He truly executes the principle that the customer is first. We get through the negotiation process with no problems. There was an extra I wanted on he car. I paid the extra and consequently, I left the car at the dealership. It took about 5 days for the installation. It took longer than anticipated because there was a quality issue the dealership would not accept and they continued to look for the right. The results was amazing because it was an additional cost to the dealership that I did not have to pay. This is an example of how concerned they were about my satisfaction. Tim would contact me to keep me informed of all ststus. As a result of his efforts my stress level was diminished. When everything was done, Tim personally delivered the car to me. It was the delivery of day. My neighbors were very impressed. Once again, Tim made sure I was comfortable with the car by going over all the attributes of the car. Done deal!!! One more thing, I was going out of town and one of the wireless earphones to the DVD system was not functioning. I called Tim and told him about my issue. He made a call to the manufacturer and I was able to get a new set of earphone to enjoy on my trip on the way out of town. I called this Platinum service. I have never had a bad experience with Dutton Motor Services. I would surely recommend them for your next car shopping experience.

Disappointed Customer

Approximately one week ago I had my car serviced at Dutton, I had an appointment scheduled, but still waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there waited to be helped. I was directly in front of the service window, but it seemed everyone was doing something or pretending to do something, but for 20 minutes I just stood there and no one assisted me. I typically go to Dutton Cadillac because the dealership is the closest to my home. However, after finally being waited on to have my car serviced, I set in the lobby for 2.5 hours while watching everyone that came in 30 minutes to an hour after me, get their cars and leave. I was the last one remaining in the lobby, and I had an appointment and no one told me what was going on. Finally I got so frustrated that I walk just outside the lobby area and started looking around for my car and then someone (from the office area) came and asked have I been assisted or advised and I said no, and I've been waiting a very long time. So about another 30 minutes past, and then they finally completed my car. However, my car is a 2013 XTS and was on recall and they knew it, but said they didn't have time to do it that day and that I would have to call them an reschedule another time to bring the car back to have the recall notice taken care of.....which was a parking brake issue. This is not the first time I have been treated this way at Dutton, and have chose to just ignore what happened in the past, give them a favorable rating, and then move forward. But not this time, enough is enough, and I have been extremely polite to them, but their customer service needs a drastic improvement. I really hate to bad mouth anyone, but they seriously need to address their customer service issue, or lose good clients that could potentially puchase vehicles from their dealership in the future. Again, I am very disappointed in Dutton.

Easy experience and friendly staff

Bought a '15 Yukon XL Denali as a special order, and could not have been easier. I knew what I wanted and how much I was going to pay before walking in, and they took it all in their stride - no hard sell and no playing of games. Order placed as easy as pie. Roll on a few weeks and the truck arrived just before our vacation. Jerry and Bruce were really helpful. Final meeting with Finance held another surprise with a great deal on the extended warranty. All round a great and comfortable experience.
