Everyone was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me get my new car and drive out the door that very day. Everyone made me feel special and welcome. I love my car and I'm so pleased with the way I was treated.

Service With a smile I trust these guys more than any other dealership, always courteous and respectful of my vehicle, they never try and oversell me on things I don’t need and always get my truck back to me in a timely matter I recommend these guys to everyone in need

Service Manager Steve Adgate

I have a Fleet of trucks that I take to Rio Vista ford as well as my own personal vehicles, Steve has always went above and beyond to make sure he comes in at or under his quote and does the job in as short of a time frame as possible, he does not try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary bull sh!% like most other dealers have, if its not broken they don't try and fix it. I will NEVER go anywhere else other than him/them for anything involving a vehicle.

Horrible service and attitude

I was helping my daughter purchase a truck private party and wanted to make sure she didnt have any problems and we could make an informed decision. So we paid Rio Vista ford to do a complete inspection of the truck prior to purchaseUpon their inspection we decided to buy the truck.Steven Adgate was the service manager and assured me all was great with the truck they advised it needed rear brakes soon and a hose.Less than a month later my daughter took the truck into Les Schwab to have the tires rotated and was told both front wheel bearing were in horrible shape and too dangerous to drive on. I then called Steven at Rio Vista ford he said he remembered the truck and that there was no way they were out and accused Les Schwab of trying to upsell my daughter.So I called Jesse the manager at Les Schwab he assured me they were bad and wouldn't let his own daughter drive the truck as it was unsafe!!!!I called Steven Adgate back I asked him if it could have been missed on his inspection he said there was no way the bearings were bad and what did I expect him to do??I said stand behind your work..........He then called me a MORON??????????What did I do to deserve that??????????I called back and asked for the General Manager KenKen seemed interested at first, He asked for my name and number said he would look into it and call me back... I then asked for his full name KEN ADGATE Seems that him and Steven are brothers Called me back and doesn't want to stand behind their inspection They sure did take my moneyService manager Steven was horrible on the phone calling customers names will not get you repeat or referral business!!
