Hilltop's the one!

by MnM on 08/23/2023

Great experience once the model we wanted got transferred to our local dealership. Ricardo and. Carlos were generous with their time and mindful of ours. The paper work took half the time we expected. The best experience we've had with a dealership.

Poor customer service & rude

by Dont shop at Hanlees Hilltop on 03/09/2021

I am trying to buy a new car. We agreed on a price for the car I want, I got my loan the same day. It's not the salesman, he's fine. First, the manager talked down to me, which I don't appreciate. Their back-office has been dragging their feet for the past 7 days. I have a loan (check in hand) and the down payment. I've been waiting a week. The salesman admitted today that the back office hasn't done a thing. I already got rid of my old car since I'd made a commitment. Customer service here is a zero.

Waited over 3 ours for an oil change with appointment

by Victor on 07/15/2018

Probably the worst experience ever. I had scheduled an appointment and was told they will not honor it and will have to wait. Seems pointless that I had scheduled it. THEN found out other people had scheduled apporiments and was honored

Hanlees does not honor service appointments

by rhyslud on 12/29/2016

They routinely schedule way more service calls than they can accept. A 9am appointment means you will wait in a line of cars or an hour and a half. My time has value. I will not do business with a company that disrespects their customers - routinely. (look at other reviews).

The sale man I've dealt with was Mr. Nickolay M. and he's provided the excellent service from the beginning to the end of the process. You will never go wrong with Toyota or Honda. If you are looking to buy your next car, go to Hanlees and ask for Nickolay M...

Amazing Salesperson / Easy and Efficient

by ayalamvc on 05/13/2013

Our Dodge Grand Caravan finally bit the dust. As a Costco member, Hanlees is one of their recommended dealers. I researched the 2013 Prius V, Models Three and Five for a while. Now we had to buy one ASAP. The Costco program and the sales staff are amazing. Straightforward, no hassle, dealer invoice less $800 -- and they found my car in the color I wanted in one day. I stopped by on a Monday night and picked up my new car on a Tuesday night. The added bonus was the Toyota 36-month 0% loan which ended April 30. I'd recommend Hanlees to friends, family and co-workers in a heartbeat!
