Wali is AWESOME! I was planning on buying my car from Southern CA area but no one could match or beat Wali's offer. I went to Richmond in San Fran Bay area and bought the car from Wali. Per my research, Wali gives the best prices in California. I went to his dealership and the whole process was smooth. Wali is a pleasure to work with and he is not one of those typical aggressive car dealers. He gives space to buyers and never pressurizes buyers to buy the car. To me it is not only about prices, but also about professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, ethics and relationship management. Wali scores 10/10 on all these attributes. Go buy your car from Wali!!

Good Dealership

It went to Hanlees after being screwed at a large Hyundai dealership in San Jose. I had a great experience leasing a Car with Wali M. I used http://Carwoo.com and exchanged proposals with Wali over the phone and then a few phone calls. Wali was always polite calm and no pressure. He was true to his word and honored the deal for the lease including giving me a credit for the lease return I had, so that I would only have to make a minimal down payment on my new lease. He showed me the computer screen they sue to calculate the lease value. ( That is amazing because most dealers try to hide the real numbers from you so they can screw you on the deal). Because it was the end of the day, the regular car wash detail people had left , Wali personally got the car detailed and cleaned while I signed the lease papers. The lease manager Gil was super pleasant and honest. He automatically checked off that I did not need the long term maintenance plan since he knew although they would make money on it, I did not need it for a 3 year lease. It was such a pleasant and nice experience to have decent honest people from which to buy a car.

Just want the sale

Nice saleman, his name was Mario. Only problem was you could tell from the moment you got there all he wanted was the sale. Didn't notify me of the MPG problem the elantra had been having, a key bit of information that is pertinent to buying a car, but like I said he did everything he could to get the sale, but not everything to be a good salesman. He even stood near me while i was on the phone which was awkward.

Best car buying experience ever

Wali Muhammad is the best. He let us test-drive several cars and never pressured us at all. After doing more research, we settled on the Sonata. The purchase process was seamless -- I had expected that I would need to repel offers for unneeded services, as I had to do in the past. Not at all the case here! I got excellent financing, and everything happened very quickly. I wholeheartedly give my full endorsement to the entire team at this dealership.

I also bought my new Elantra from Gil Hearn at Hanlees Hyundai. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I had held onto my previous car for 16 years (until it was totalled) because I so dreaded dealing with car dealers, but this transaction was very pleasureable.

I just recently purchased a used car from this dealership. I had the best experience with a gentleman named Gil Hearn. This was the first time I went in a car dealership and felt like I got a good deal and had him being a finance manager was able to provide me with great financing in my situation. In past times I bought cars I didn't feel this much confidence in my vehicles. This atmosphere was warm and I highly recommend checking them out for new and used cars

Thanks to Randy Hall, The Internet Director at Doten, for a no hassle sale and great service. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. A total delight. Randy's customer service was simply outstanding from the very beginning to the very end and the dealerships that I researched could not beat Randy's price. He really made me feel like I was an appreciated and valued customer. He was very pleasant and professional and he showed integrity. He was patient and answered all of my questions with the highest degree of professionalism. The entire process was smooth and painless.
