From start to finish the entire process was amazing. I spoke with Steven on the phone and he was incredibly helpful on the phone and in person. He was super awesome with my kids which is a huge plus! Car buying is stressful but adding in children makes it twice as stressful and he was extremely attentive to them as well and offered treats and coloring books to keep them entertained. Once we made it to the finance section, Mark was an absolute joy. I felt like I was talking to someone I've known my whole life. The entire process took about 3 hours which was amazing as my previous dealership experiences were 8+ hours. I would absolutely recommend Tom Bell and if I were to buy another vehicle, I know exactly where I am going! Thank you!

Tales of a bad day: My 2018 Chevy Volt would not start on Christmas Eve...

... thus the day after Xmas I had it towed to Tom Bell Chevrolet for service. Rodents had gotten into my engine compartment to set up a home as it turned out. Thus the game was afoot, tracing wires, testing modules, playing guess what happened where? Suffice it to say the car was returned in great shape. I especially appreciated the shuttle rides to and from home. Thanks to all, the service advisor, the mechanic and the whole staff. Well done, yet again!

Chevy Blazer 3LT Purchase

Peter Hernandez made my car purchase a very positive experience. He was pleasant and very professional throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Peter arranged for me to test drive both the 4 and 6 cylinder versions so I could see which best suited me. He was extremely helpful in assisting me to custom order my Blazer 3LT from the factory with all my preferred features, gave me a signed copy of the factory order, and kept me updated throughout the 4 mos wait. He always got right back to me either by phone or text. I appreciated that. The day I picked my car up Peter took great care to make sure I qualified for the military discount as well as another Chevrolet discount. He made sure I test drove my new Blazer and spent extra time going over all the new features as well. I left knowing I got exactly the car and features I wanted for a great price. I appreciated Peter’s honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Peter and Tom Bell Chevrolet.

Horrific experience-find another place for service needs if possible.

Horrific experience from start to finish. Service manager didn’t know how my car worked and kept asking me (what kind of oil should I put in? How much oil does it take?). Even though I had an appt, oil change took over 24 hours and even then was only completed after 5+ calls/txts from me pushing for it. When I came to pick it up, asked them to have the car pulled up since I needed to leave for an appt. They assured me they were pulling it up. Spoiler-they weren’t. Took 45 minutes for them to bring my car up-missed my next appt. Then, for the cherry on top, they mischarged me, and couldn’t figure out how to do the math to calculate what I should pay. Even after it was “fixed” it was still an overcharge from what the receipt they sent me said. Currently crafting an email to my entire clientele about this debacle, so they know to avoid this Chevy dealer.

Great help from sales and finance. I couldn't decide between which model I wanted to get and they were great with helping me look at them. James and kofi were great and gave me plenty of time to decide between models. Defitnely recommend coming here for your car buying needs.

Took 2021 1500 Silverado in for 1000 mile service torque also requested tires be checked and adjusted to proper psi and it wasn’t done. Damon Chero was very professional and helpful I don’t fault him for the failure of the service department..

No appointment Oil change, sevice completed in less than 2 hours from handing over my keys to getting them back. The coffee was free & was pretty good.

Purchase a car during Covid shortage...great service

I purchased a SUV in June 2021 when there were basically no cars anywhere. I was able to get the car I wanted that hasn't been delivered yet. I did the paperwork and picked up the car a couple of weeks later as soon as it came in. The Internet Fleet Manager, Stevan, provided great service and was honest along the whole process. I was very happy with him and the dealership and highly recommend.

As always, I received excellent service! Dan is my service advisor and he is always friendly, helpful and reliable! I dropped my car off around 2:15 yesterday and wasn’t even thinking about it when I went out of the area with my husband so I was so grateful that Dan allowed me to leave my car until the morning because I was unable to get there before closing. This morning, picking up my vehicle was so easy and simple! I honestly love my dealership!

I'm getting covid19 test

I do not recommend this dealership GM GM Derek Hanson does not enforce covid19 mask rules per general motors. I observed many employees not wearing or practicing proper mask nose mouth and no social distancing I will contact general motors with my concerns. I will not do business here again.
