onSaw a vehicle we were interested in and called the dealership to confirm availability and price. They confirmed price but the next morning they increased the price and wouldn't honor the old price.

Scam!

onPrice they list on vehicle is not actual price. Spent an hour with them when they finally gave me the actual price that was $2500 higher with “dealer add-ons”. Do not go to this dealership!

Bad vehicle

onPurchase a vehicle and month into it, it had to take it in for transmission problems and only 3 months with it and it’s been more in the shop and than actually driving it very disappointing

Bait and Switch

onDo not even consider talking about purchasing a new car from this dealership. They employ bait-and-switch tactics. They will give you a price one day, then when you arrange financing (not their financing) and come back the following day, they will not honor the previous day's price. They want more money for some reason. What a way to do business. I've purchased 20 cars in my lifetime and I have never had this happen to me.

onFantastic from Internet to the front door and into my brand new 16 sentra. Upside down on my blown engine in my terrible mini cooper the sales team did a fantastic job with my less than good credit and got me a great deal.

loyal customer treated poorly and cheated ripped off

onI have been a loyal customer to metro Nissan Redlands .. Bought my last 3 cars their . I just traded in my Nissan Altima 2013 for a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder . I know why would I do that .. I lost about 8 thousand in the trade in . But I just wanted a bigger car and for work purposes ..first off I know the car dealership are in business to make money .. But when you are loyal customer does Nissan really need to lie ,cheat and finagle you out of your last dollar .. Well obviously they do .. They're is a reason why they have you with the sales person and build up a repore and make you feel comfortable with them .and then put you In The finance office with a new person you never dealt with before .. So that's when they stick it too you and the numbers just go up by thousands of dollars . Well I was told I would get 12,500 for my 2013 Altima .. Well I didn't get it .. Make sure you check all the numbers before you sign anything and twice again . I was so concentrated on the final number after all the taxes and licenses .. That I didn't even realize they only were giving me 12,000 for my trade In which is not was we agreed and shook hands on .. My sales person was Raphael and the assistant manager Danny .. Danny is the person that made the final agreement . So a few days later when I'm going [contact info removed] the contract and realize this .. I go into the dealership and he says he doesn't remember what he offered me for my trade In and that I sign the contract and the deal is done ., which is true I sign the contract and I should have paid attention to the numbers .. So I reiterate please check all the numbers before you sign anything .. me being a loyal customer I figured he would say , yeah I'm sorry there is nothing I can do but I can give you a couple gas cards to make up for the mistake ., yes they have 250 gas cards that they give to people or throw in your deal .. But no he didn't do that . He offered to fill up my tank of gas .. What that's like 50$ .. Compared to the 500$ you ripped me out of ., I said no thank you .. It's really the principal of the deal . Especially me being a loyal customer .. You figured he would do something ..as soon as you sign that contract and they got your money .. They treat you [non-permissible content removed] .. So I will no longer be buying vehicles from metro Nissan of Redlands .. I also called back soon as I got home and asked to speak to tommy the owner of metro Nissan .. He doesn't care about loyal customers either .. He offered me some credits for future parts or service ., I already was charged 2,000 for extended warranty and 1,200 dollars the the red platinum Card .. Which is you get free oil changes for the lifetime of your vehicle .. No thank you tommy credits won't help me .. So to anyone reading this review .. Metro Nissan you just lost a loyal customer ., and people please beware of the tactics the salespeople practice .. They will rip you off .. So please don't sign the contract because they offer you one thing and the contract will charge much more .. Nice doing business with you metro Nissan ..NOT ... Never again. I'm so upset they ripped me off

The folks who assisted me, Kandi, Jay and Anthony are top notch professional....they were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable! They made the transaction a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Metro Nissan and specifically the sales team that helped me!! YAY Metro Nissan - you guys ROCK!!!!!

onMet with no less than 3 salesmen in 30 min. None of them knew much about the leaf. Deals are shady, couldn't tell me money factor and discounts. Promise Amazon card that they did not send. Worst dealer ever.

onGraham did a great job selling us a car. He was quick and straight to the point on getting us the right price without having to argue the price back and fourth. We were also out in a timely manner and he gave us a good price for our trade in. I enjoyed purchasing the car and plan to purchase from them in the future.

onA friend of mine had her daughter on ss disability go look try a car, and was sold one, and the deal had to be was cosigned by her friend a 89 year old on SS to make the deal. She tried to return the car in a couple days when she realized that she could not afford it, and was told we did nothing wrong, and they refused to unwind the deal.

onWe were picked up from home by a salesman taken to redlands to purchase a car we never got to drive,we were hurried to the closer who pointed out our credit was less than perfect and we were not going to get a better deal and no one was going to finance us.we were made to feel less than worthy to buy anything.after the belittling we decided the car and the outrageous deal was not for us.now we had no ride home and they were not about to take us either, our saleman became tied up with a client that Would buy a car. We were treated very badly and had to call a friend to get a ride home. If you have good credit I'd go somewhere else,or make sure you have a ride home.
