Great buying experience on an ordered vehicle

This was my first time ordering a vehicle, and I really wasn't sure what to expect. Throughout the process I was kept in the loop about the progress on my order. It took a while for the vehicle to be built and delivered, and when it was it was no hassle and no pressure. I made my final purchase at a fair price with no pressure. The dealership has been in business for over a century, and is family owned. They are honest and a great part of the local community.

The best dealership in Southern California

I don't like shopping for cars. At Hatfield Buick/GMC it is a totally different experience.I bought a new GMC 4x4 pickup which is my dream car and it was totally different than most dealerships. They are a total class act in automotive dealerships. If you live 200 miles or more it is worth the drive to go to Hatfiled Buick/ in Redlands- you will not be disappointed

I have never had a great experience buying a car. Creepy vultures or "fleet managers", so the bar isn't too high. BUT, we came to Hatfield Buick GMC looking at possibly getting a car (it was past time to do so). PS We had already been through 3 lots and escaped this day. We discussed what I wanted for a payment - looked at a few cars - took a test drive and I worried about the 4+hours of "dealing." It just plain didn't happen. We went through the details, filled out the paperwork - all with the same person! - and in less than an hour had completed the financing and had the keys. This is "service" the way it should be. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. -and second place is a long way off. Thank you!
