First sales man lies then his boss gets ahold of me works out a deal on the pickup says come and get it it's yours we got financing get in car and get a call they sold pickup out from under me the owner should be happy with his cracker Jack crew I have bought 5 cars from them in the past I guess no more.

"WOW!" In one word, that's how I want to describe the level of customer service. I used to think Lithia was trying to help me out... boy was I wrong. We can honestly say without a doubt that Jose, Allan, April, Kelsey (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) were awesome. Jose is seriously the best Salesman we've ever dealt with. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. It was so smooth, I told Jose I would be back in 6 months to get another vehicle, but instead we came back the NEXT DAY and got another vehicle. We will definitely be back within the year for another vehicle!

I would highly recommend asking for salesman, Greg Cook. He was very patient with our indecision and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. His experience shows in the way he works with you. I would highly recommend him and the sales team at Crown. I know we will be going back for future purchases.
