I purchased a Suburban, but didn’t receive floor mats, or a second key. The sales manager gave me his word, that I’d be reimbursed for the cost, he ever instructed a person to start the process of sending me a check, but now they’re ignoring my calls. Be careful when you’re in the financing office, they play allot of games in there.

Cindy at Winter Chevrolet is such a great customer Service Rep. She is attentive, thorough and fast. She calls back when she says she will and she follows through with what ever she tells you she will do. She tries very hard to make things easy and quick.

I visited Winter twice just to look at the 2018 Malibu, once I test drove it I knew I had found the right car. Melinda & Linda found the right color with all the options we wanted and we bought it! From test drive through finance we were out of there in just a couple hours. 2 days later we returned to pick up our beautiful Arctic Blue Malibu. Everyone at the dealership were so nice and professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me every feature of the car, SiriusXM and OnStar. Well go back to Winter again when my husband is ready for his next SUV or truck.

Best car buying experience ever

These guys were super friendly and helped me lease a brand new chevy volt. The transaction was pleasant and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had at any dealership. I had called a few other dealerships and they were super rude. One just straight up hung up on me while I tried to negotiate, and no, I definitely wasn't lowballing them by asking for a few hundred bucks less.

My wife and I went to this place to purchase a pre-owned car. During our visit we meet the owner of this place and the conversation was very pleasant. After we drove our new car home, the car stop workin with transmission problems. We call the owner of this place to ask if is any way that they can help- us with this issue. The owner of this place just give us her back and ignore us and said that "We don fix people cars" Wow...that was a very rude answer comming from a bussines owner. We are now making a car payment for a broken car...Thank you for your bussines ms. winter

I requested a quote from Winter and 3 days later was asked to contact them to answer some additional questions regarding the vehicle. I did so the following day and now another 3 days later have had no further response. They may not be interested in customer service or selling cars.

I bought a new Camaro from Winter Chevrolet, and the process was very easy and laid back. I contacted Linda Grohman, and she took good care of me through the process. I would recommend going through Linda for your purchase. I got the Camaro for a great price and Linda made it a very pleasant process.
