Old school pressure sales tactics

I inquired through the web site for an eprice for Kona ev. Despite my inquiry saying email only I received a text from Jeff at 1030pm. After a few back and forth emails where I asked him twice for the best price he would sell the vehicle her refused to give me a number and asked if I was "serious". It's old school tactics designed to wear people down. Too bad he doesn't realize that most customers are far better educated these days. His obstinace and lack of customer service has cost his form a sale today.

All-Star Hyundai in Antioch was not the closest, nor was it the first dealership I visited that day. If it were not for the quick email reply the night before from internet contact Rezaul, I probably would not have gone to Antioch. But All-Star Hyundai representative Rezaul sent me a detailed, easy to read email on the lowest price on the 2018 Hyundai Elantra SE. I received an offer in about 5 minutes, and this was after 7pm! It was a great offer! Thank you Rezaul and everyone at All-Star Hyundai in Antioch. The finance manager Don was very personable as well and very quickly printed the documents to sign. I was in Don's office less than 15 minutes, then I became the owner of my new car. Rezaul had the Elantra detailed and he personally sat down with me inside the car and showed me the safety features and made sure I new where all of the instruments were located. Thanks again All-Star Hyundai! And today I just received a letter from you with my first free scheduled maintenance appointment. See you then. Dave, Brentwood CA

Stellar sales experience!! Henry the Internet manager drove over 30 miles on his day off to get me the car I wanted from a different dealer. No hassles ,price quoted was the price sold for the vehicle .Henry was personable,helpful with no usual sale razzle dazzle. I was in and out in less than 1 hour! This was not my first rodeo and this sales experience was actually enjoyable...I can't say enough good things about Henry and the dealership.
