Went in today May 9th 2019 with my mother to just look at a car. Almost bought the car until one of there employees pocketed 500 dollars. We came in there with $5,026 to possibly put down on a used 2013 GMC Denali . Cars info looks great. Long story short when it came down to downpayment. They took the money and counted it in the back and stated there's cameras recording and told me and my mom we were 500 dollars short?? When I manage my mother's savings and have been doing it since 2018. I give this dealership 0 STARS. Not happy with the dealership.

The service is Great! They really took care of my family and I. Especially Razz he took care of us to the fullest awesome dude and very Helpful, Polite and Attentive!! Thank you guys especially you Razz!! Defenetly recommend them.

Absolutely worth the drive

I requested information and scheduled a test drive. Lucy V contacted me and closed the sale on day 1 by: 1. Confirming my needs and addressing my concerns 2. Confirmed the price of the truck and accepted my counter offer 3. Agreeing to hold the vehicle for me because I was driving 3 hours to the dealership (this really meant a lot to me) When I got to the dealership there was no pressure, upselling or shenanigans and I was driving away in about 90 mins. The dealership is clean and orderly, the staff was totally courteous and Lucy was super nice to my wife and I. Totally worth the drive and I would shop at this dealership again.

Bad bad customer service not professional at all !!!

Spending four hours of my time having my children there with me looking for a car so I sat down to work on a deal of a car I was looking at and another sales person saw us working on it and he took the keys from the sales person who was helping us to show another customer the car we liked and we couldn’t even finished talking about the deal when we found out that the sales guy named Giovanni sold the car knowing we were working on it and my credit was runned. We had already test drove it and they ended up selling it to this other people while I was hours there working on a deal so never put your trust and waste your time with this people not reliable at all and I mean not reliable at all because managers and guys at the desk didn’t bother to do anything but say sorry and was very careless which it was very disappointing and they changed everything up to back this sales guy up.

Illegal run of my credit

On Sept 1st i went into Nissan dealer. Inquired about a car, they ran my credit to see if they can work with me.I did not like what they were offering. So left Nissan.On 09/08/17 Jay Mendoza called me to tell me that they can work with me and to come in 09/09 to talk about it.About 5 minutes after conversation over the phone my credit was ran 4 times.I did not authorize this and i am very upset that this was done illegally without my consent.Called right away to the dealer and they confessed and apologized but this is not good enough.i want this removed from my credit and i did report them to the BBB.

Went in to trade and buy. Wasn't able to get as much for my trade in as I had hoped, but the internet sales manager worked with me to get what I needed. The finance manager even called me back later to help me get a better finance rate. They are committed to getting you what you want, and will work with you.

I had found the vehicle I wanted to purchase at AV Nissan. I met with the internet sales manager, saw the vehicle, and took it for a test drive. He offered an out-the-door price and I decided to ponder it over for an hour or so. I contacted him and told him my bottom price, which he approved. I went back to the dealer and found out that the sales manager not only refused to sell the vehicle at the negotiated price, but he jacked it up by $700. Needless to say, I immediately walked out of the dealership. I found an identical vehicle at another Nissan dealership and got it for almost $1000 cheaper. I can not recommend AV Nissan because of the treatment I received.

This is my first experience shopping with Nissan and I was very pleased with the service I received. Not only I was very satisfied with the service but I love my New Altima. I would like to commend Victor Salas, who took the time to show me all the options I had and went out of his way to help me make the right choice. He is a very attentive sales person who knows the customer's needs. Thank you Victor for setting the standard of excellence for all Nissan dealers. Outstanding Job!! I will definitely be referring my friends.

i had just bought a car from Nissan and they are so bad the finance guy had open two accounts under my social and now am getting calls about owning when i payed my dues. it been 2 months with the same issue and the finance guy has yet to fix the problem i really don't recommended for any one to go their.
