This is my 2nd visit at this dealer location to have my 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 A service. Both times a female service advisor tells me “oh your car is almost finished.” Nothing. Both times. Even after I’ve paid for services still there’s an additional 20 min., wait. The jury is out at this Palm Springs location. Lastly, I notice after service a message light will always say “washer fluid needed” both times. I followed up with a survey and receive a call back and I was told “oh just return and we’ll check it and refill, if needed” Well… I’m asking myself why should I return when it should have been checked during my A service??? Both times! Although I live in the area I think for my B service I will drive an hour plus to another dealer for servicing.

Before deciding which vehicle to purchase, I drove the GLA and GLB. Still a little unsure, I was shown a GLC that was their courtesy car. I drove it and decided in its favor. The sales person was very patient and applied no pressure at all; very professional. She’s been selling Mercedes Benz over 20 years.

I purchased a 20 year old SL500. Your dealership had done a ton of work on this carn6 months earlier. I wanted to have it checked out by the same people who knew the car. After a very thorough inspection they did find one issue. Windshield wiper wipers. They were quickly installed and a have a beautiful dependable car

Service Tech over filled my oil on my first service. I drove away and saw heavy black smoke coming from my vehicle and turned around, went back to right the error. I was given a loaner so they could fix the over fill causing a return trip back to return the car. The dealership did fill my gas tank as a offer of good will.
