Went to look at a car advertised for about $8k. The sticker in the car was for just under $14k. The “salesman” who showed me the car explained that the difference is due to texes, registration and accessories. Allowing about $2k for sales tax, registration and fees, that leaves about $4k for door guards and a security system (“which will help you with your insurance “). So about 50% added on for this [non-permissible content removed] dealer’s profit. I was in the area, so didn’t spend any extra time checking it out, but do yourself a favor and don’t waste time coming here and listening to any of their dishonest crap. They deserve their 1 star rating and likely only can stay in business serving those desperate or stupid enough to deal with them.

I had a very disappointing visit to this car dealership. When I went there yesterday to browse through their cars, I noticed that most of them had significant mechanical issues. To be cautious, I brought a mechanic along with me. After finding a newer car that caught my interest, they added an extra $4000 to the price, claiming it was negotiable. However, they insisted that I had to purchase their built-in security alarm and other features. I declined and even made it clear that I did not want to proceed with the credit check application, letting them know to discard it. Unfortunately, I discovered this morning that they still ran my credit without my consent, and they are holding onto my paperwork for 30 days in case I return, ignoring my attempts to communicate with them. This whole experience feels like a scam, and I am even considering seeking legal advice. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I got there they add stuff like a security system for $1,500 they also add protection for the paint and forced you to buy it, even if you don’t buy all the extras [non-permissible content removed] it they will say no deal I advise you not to go there I have proof to say this

This dealership is dishonest. Their advertised prices are complete lies. They will not sell you a car at their advertised price, as they add so-called theft protection and other useless add-ons for $3000. These add-ons are not disclosed anywhere on their many used car advertising sites, nor in-person prior to completing the purchase. In my case, this was on a car listed just under $6000 on Edmunds, their own website, and many other used car websites. I wasted more than 2 hours driving there and back, plus test driving the car, before they disclosed their true offered price. Avoid this place, do not do business with them.

Drove from San Diego ,2 hour and 30 min drive to this dealership ,to buy a range rover at the avertised sale price from the internet,i get there ,they added $3,000 for added accessories that did not come with the car,i felt being scammed by the dealership , and i was going to pay cash for the avertised price,but i was not going to be the sucker that they wanted me to be ,please dont fall for their b.s. dealings,buyer beware,you been warn !!!

We went in yesterday to view the IS250 Lexus F Sport for the first time. We were told we could not have the car fax report and had to view it in the office only. The car reecked of weed as soon as you opened the door (as if someone was smoking in it right before we came). We came back today after my daughter called and was told the car would be cleaned and relieved of the marijuana smell. When we got there the sales person was gone, the car needed to be jumped before the text drive, we were provided the carfax this time....and when we went to talk numbers the killer is they added $6000 of made up charges from $17,991 for a total of $24k plus!!! WTF!? Of course we left that IS 250 right there!! Additionally, the manager quoted us 10% sales tax and did not consider the city we live in which our sales tax is 9.5% (he adjusted). The car has a hit on the right side front that looks like its been painted over, the suspension needs to be done and breaks per our mechanic who came with us. Lasty, we were told the marijuana smell was normal!! Are they crazy....so, I should have my Black child pulled over by the police and they assume she smokes weed from a car she purchased!? Not professional at all!! Not a honest place.
