onThis is a fantastic dealership and I've gone there several times. All the service writers are very polite and welcoming. I had a recall that has needed to be fixed for a very long time, but the part wasn't available. I told the service writer I really needed the block heater for my diesel motor as I was headed to cold country where I truly needed . He said he was sure if they had the part , but said he would call a couple of other dealers if he didn't have it. Well he got one from another dealer and I thanked him and the other three service writers as I dealt with them all.

onThey had a Honda civic on there lot. I had a pre approval letter. Instead of being forth coming to let me know the the pre approved amount was not enough to cover the car the sales manager kept trying to have me do their in house financing. A couple of weeks later I'm getting decline letters from them running my credit any way.

onThis sales department (James Pugliese & Chris the Internet guy) WANT to sell you a car. They're not like these other [non-permissible content removed] that mark up prices stand firm and say "take it or leave it". These guys earn your business by offering a fair price and flexibility to make the sale. They're knowledgeable and up front with the details. I was interested in a CTS. Then i took interest in a lower priced ATS at a different dealer. They BEAT the price of the ATS with the CTS! Sold below market value and definitely lower than a dealer would typically go (all for a car still under bumper to bumper warranty)! Very pleased. THEN had my old car delivered back from Oxnard to Huntington Beach so I could drive my Cadi home! Nice touch.The finance manager Daniel Ayala was the epitome of professionalism and got me through the paperwork quickly. I had concerns about a damaged rear view mirror (driver side). They assured me that the bumper to bumper would cover it and would also be a good way to establish a relationship with my local Cadillac service center. Did that this morning and like they said...covered. A very happy customer. The drive to Oxnard was worth it. Thanks guys!

Worst experience with a dealership EVER!!

onI would give ZERO stars if I could! Long story short, these people don't care about their customers once the deal is signed. They constantly drop the ball and lie to your face to try to cover their constant mistakes. It took over two months for them to notify GM of my lease return so now I have to wait another 45 days to get my final bill. That will be over 3 1/2 months before I can finally be done with that car! In the meantime, I was still responsible for the car and had I not followed up, it would have affected my credit!! Super shady, unprofessional and down right irresponsible. NEVER buy a car or deal with that place again! Just AWFUL!!

Worst Car Buying Experience EVER

onFirst off, i did not have my car serviced on July 1, 2016. Secondly, I have never experienced such horrible service from a dealership as I have with Alexander. The phone is NEVER answered when calling and 90% of the time goes to voice mail, no one EVER calls back even if you do leave a message. The sales staff has some [non-permissible content removed] and gives your dealership a bad name. The service department is a joke and it took several months to have my Encore FINALLY repaired. This dealership should be run by professionals and friendlier people. I have complained several times about this dealership to Buick but no one follows up so these surveys are BS and a waste of time. Come on Buick call me, and I'll tell you how horrible my experience was from my lying switch and bait salesperson all the way to service who cannot follow through with anything in a professional manner. Your dealership should be ashamed how unethical you are. I traded in my Buick just yesterday for the mere reason that you made my car buying and service experience horrific. Good riddance to you all finally!

onI recently leased a 2013 Buick Encore from Alexander GMC Buick Cadillac. The experience overall exceeded my expectations. The recommendations made by the salesman (Brandon B.) were tailored to my individuals needs and budget. He educated me on the lease versus the purchase options and answered a multitude of questions to my satisfaction. The sales manager also followed up by ensuring I understood all of the choices I made and sold me on the smart lease option, which fit my needs. My new Encore was delivered in pristine condition with a full tank of gas and I was given a very fair price on my trade-in. Brandon was both professional and personable as he demonstrated how to use all of the features of my new car and helped me set everything up. This is truly the best car I've had so far in my adult life and the first time I've made a major decision with a company that is so easy to do business with. Again, overall this experience was very positive.

ALEXANDER CADILLAC OF OXNARD CUSTOMER SERVICE

onThis place has the most bizarre and worse customer service ever! I bought a new 2013 ATS. I had several problems with the trim coming apart, interior malfunctioning, radio not turning off, and A/C turning on and off by itself. When I took the car into service they gave me a loaner covered in cigarette ash and a half-filled pack of cigarettes in the cup holder! When I picked up my car, the next time around, someone left their trash from their lunch in my car! They service manager just laughed it off and told me one of his guys must have driven it to Malibu and back! I did not find that funny! Worst of all! I wanted an upgraded steering wheel for my car. The service manager told me if I purchased the wheel, he would install it for free! I agreed. When I took my car into have the steering wheel put in, I told the service guy I had been working with to leave my old steering wheel in the trunk, he agreed to do so. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel was not in the trunk. The service manager then came out and I asked him for my steering wheel. He told me no! I asked hiim why not, and he told me that is how he got me "free installation"! I told him how is the installation free if you are taking my $250 steering wheel that I own? I then continued to argue with him for a good 10 minutes before he said I can have the steering wheel back if it is not recalled in the next two to three weeks! Bull! This is my property and I want it back! I then left, as arguing with someone of lesser intelligence is not productive, and called the gm, mr. C., who said he would deal with it. Six hours later, mr. C., had not returned my call! I called him back and he acted surprised! He told me he had instructed the service manager to call me and was surprised he had not! He then told me he would deal with it first thing in the morning. It is now the afternoon and he has not called me! I have called him several times throughout the morning! It now appears he is ignoring me! The service manager obviously billed the new steering wheel to GMC as a warranty item replacement, keeping my old wheel to return to GMC! He then profited by pocketing the $238 I paid for the new steering wheel! I am so pissed, stay away From this place! They are [non-permissible content removed]!

Great Car, Great Customer Suppport, Great Price!

onBunnin's price was more than $500 below any other offer in the local area (I received 7). They did not have the exact car with features I desired, so they sent a team hundreds of miles to obtain it. To top it off, they had me in and out of the finance Dept (Jason Cruz) in less than an hour. My sales person, Jason Livy, actually delivered the car to my house. These are the extra efforts the Bunnin team made to ensure I had a great sales experience. Think of the service if my car was in stock! I will definitely shop here again!

Angel is an Angel

onI bought a Buick Rendezvous from this dealership back in March. It was one of those certified vehicles. It was my first car I have ever purchased so every little "ting" or "whistle" I brought that car in to the service department. Angel helped me out every time. He has gone above and beyond to make me happy, and my car is running great. I would definately buy from them again, and I take all my cars to Angel now.

on(Yes I know, I stole that line from there TV commercial) Weve had our Cadillac SRX for 4 months now and really love it. This baby seats 7 people and even though its a 6 cylinder, it has real power even when fully loaded. Our salesman Amir at the Bunnin GM Supercenter was super helpful and was a real no pressure kind of guy. The dealership was relatively new with a nice waiting area with a TV that kept my 6 year old entertained. We got a good deal on our trade-in which is in my opinion the most stressful part of buying a car. This is the first US made luxury car Ive purchased and am really pleased with the quality. The only downside was the location, its 25 miles from my home, but they had the vehicle I wanted so it was worth the trip.
