Mossy Nissan Oceanside

A few weeks ago, I bought a car at Mossy Nissan of Oceanside. I am writing this review to commend Thomas Mignosi on the professional, efficient and friendly service that he provided to me during this entire process. After learning what kind of car I was looking for, Tom promptly brought me to a selection of cars that would meet my needs. He described the basic features of the car, as well as some other amenities that I might not otherwise have known about. We then went on a thorough test drive - both side streets and highway - to get a better feel for the car. Having decided to buy the car, Tom quickly and thoroughly brought me through the financing process, and I was able to sign the purchase papers. While Tom's friendly and helpful manner made the process very smooth, the highlight of the entire transaction came when I decided to to change the color of the car I wanted after we had already completed the entire transaction. I told Tom I was not happy with the color, and he went out of his way - including talking to his manager - to get the car I wanted. He made all the required changes without one complaint to me, and the swap went off painlessly (for me). I am very grateful and appreciative to Tom, and want his superiors to note his quality service. Thanks again Tom. Ian Murdock.

I had not purchased a new or used car in over 6 years, so it was definitely time to do so. Thomas Mignosi at Mossy Nissan in Oceanside, made this process easy and fun! He was friendly and relaxed and introduced me to all of his co-workers and sales manager. It really did not take much time to pick out the perfect certified used Nissan Versa and I drove away with a payment I could afford. I would recommend Tom to all my friends and family. It was easy and fun!
