I dealt with Eddie Wong and he was non-pressure and informative. There was a small chip on the windshield that I had not noticed in the bright sun until after I purchased! I was upset that I had not seen this before. But when I picked the car up the next day with a courtesy ride from home via Eddie they had fixed the chip and I was extremely happy with the follow through :-) I would shop there again. Ask for Eddie Wong he speaks Chinese and fairly good English!

Dishonest dealer

Purchased vehicle from topline dealer and after 1 day of driving and 180 miles later vehicle broke down. Notified dealer and asked about Edmond insurance on 30 days or 1000 miles which ever came first but was lead on by dealership that I would get information tomorrow. 3 days later I received after they delayed and submitted claim. I was told to take vehicle to dealer and get estimate. As what I was told by rep from edmunds after seeing vehicle at dealer that they would get back to me. 1 week and a half later I was told that claim was denied due to dealer ship had not submitted proper paperwork and that they would have to fix problem. Dealership would not acknowledge problem and said that I bout car as is. Dealership tried to adjust bill of sale and changed dates on it just to void my warranty coverage and I now have a vehicle that is a paperweight with a very dishonest dealer that will not honor there end.

I bought my 2010 Mercedes C300 from Topline about 4 days ago and I can say that my transaction with them was smooth sailing. Mr. Eddie helped me through it all. I traded in my car as a down to get this one I have now and he made everything possible. When I inquired about a week ago, he made sure I got all the details I needed. He made me feel comfortable in buying a car. Topline Auto is not your average car dealership, they have a lot of cars. A lot of European/Luxury cars as well. The place is clean, cars are clean and well kept. Everyone who works therIll be at the shop from 3-6:30. e is really friendly and easy to talk to, they wont give you a headache. I highly recommend this place.
