I took my car in for its 50,000 mile service and Israel Granados was my service advisor. He is was very professional and answered the few questions I had. My car was done when he said it would be.

BUYER BEWARE

I went in to Metro Honda requesting to look at a 2012 Hyundai. I test drove the vehicle and was excited to purchase. The sales person handed me off to finance manager who said I did not qualify for that vehicle and pulled up a old 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. He said this was the ONLY vehicle I could get because my credit was poor. He charged me 2k OVER blue book for it and I had to put 2k down. When I asked him to lower the price to around blue book value but he said "sorry I have to make money too and you're lucky to get this one, it has low miles". When I drove the vehicle home I noticed the alignment was severely off and immediately called in to report the issue and have it fixed. He told me he wouldn't fix it since I bought it that way. After calling and asking for a week to have it fixed, he said they would fix it but I would not get a rental even though I had to work and didn't have another reliable vehicle. I ended up dropping the subject since he was making it impossible to get it fixed. He took advantage of my situation and forced me to purchase something I didn't want. I ended up paying OVER 11k (blue book was not even 8k) with a 20% interest rate, not to mention the hybrid battery stopped working about a month later and I had to pay 1500 to have this issue fixed. I guess I am a prime example of what Metro Honda does when a young naive girl with new credit comes in to purchase a car. I will NEVER come back here! EXPECT High pressure sales and to be treated poorly if you lack credit! Guess as long as they get their commission then who cares right!

We bought a 2016 Honda at Metro Honda and if Daniel Gomez didn't help us .. I would have left . He was very professional and appreciate his honesty. It was my son's first time buying a car and and William Holmes came out saying to both of us, " A condition of the loan requires you to buy GAP insurance." I instantly said to him that is not true and then he started to say I was lying. THE MANAGER called me a liar. WOW! After I refused for him not to help us instead I asked for Daniel to finish the sale and William would not give the paper to Daniel. If my son didn't want that car so bad we would have gotten up and left and went somewhere else. Daniel and the finance person were VERY NICE! But, honestly with a [non-permissible content removed]. manager, William Holmes. I will NOT recommend ANYONE going there. I waited for William to at least come and apologize for his actions but, instead he stayed clear and repeated the story to another employee. We did get the car but, STAY CLEAR of this place unless DANIEL GOMEZ can do the whole sale. NOT a helpful Honda place! I will be writing to HONDA USA to complain.

Alyssa Limon is outstanding

Finding a trusting sales representative is very hard to come by and to not feel like you are being scammed as well.... I came in today looking for a Civic EX and was approached by the lovely Alyssa Limon. Alyssa was so kind when first meeting her, great with her words, and made me feel like I was at home in the dealership. Not only did she show me all the amazing features of each and every car, she even recommended another Honda that I didn't think I would like to me... Alyssa had answering every question I had in full detail and it seemed Alyssa had studied every car to the max to find out everything to us the customers so we knew what the cars had to offer and what we will be benefiting from when we purchase the car.... Alyssa is such a great workers and I feel any dealership deserves to have such a beautiful personality working on their floors!

Best car experience ever

I had the best car shopping experience ever at Metro Honda in Ontario. I was helped out by a Sales Consultant by the name of Sunday Okonkwo and he was extremely helpful. He went over all the options on the car I was looking for ... Down to the smallest features ... I wasn't pressured at all what so ever and he did everything he could to make sure I walked out of the dealership with exactly what I was looking for ... He has been a Honda consultant for 15 years and really knows his stuff.... I HIGHLY recommend Metro Honda and please ask for Sunday Okonkwo! You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks to these guys I walked out with a brand new 2016 Honda Civic!

I'm a first time buyer and Metro Honda did an amazing job helping me get the 2016 Honda Civic I had my eyes on with reasonable payments! Alex Hernandez and Peng Wu were excellent with answering all my questions and concerns as being a first time buyer. They made me very comfortable with my purchase and exceeded my expectations with their service. Also, after the finance process, they have a delivery room where my car was waiting for me all washed and clean ready to take home. They have a "Tech Specialist" department which I never knew dealerships have, but I was very impressed and relieved that Martha P. was there! She showed me all the features in the car and how to use each feature! She paired my phone up to the car as well and demonstrated how the Apple Car Play works, which I'm in love with! I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. Nothing, but excellent service!

I bought my car from Metro Honda in Montclair a little over a week ago and what a great first impression! James Thompson was the gentleman that showed me around the lot, giving me detailed information about four different models and showing me isnide them. He was able to match the price I showed him off the True Car app on my phone and it wasn't even a problem for them to bring in the car I wanted, in the color I wanted from another dealership. Thank you Jimmy, the finance gentleman and gal that also were of great assistance in my car buying experience!

First off I am a first time buyer/ leader and it can be scary because you don't know who is going to take advantage of you. I felt completely comfortable at Metro Honda! I was treated well and my sales person Jimmy Thompson was so helpful! The car I wanted was the only one on the lot and he made sure it didn't get sold to someone else which it almost did! He answered all my questions and was patient through my process of getting my car insured so I can drive the car off the lot. I love how they had people to help go over the features of the car my girl was Alyssa and she was awesome! Metro honda follows up to make sure all is well. I like that they won't change the sales tax price if I want to buy my lease out.

This place was amazing such good customer service. The newly renovated building it's beautiful. The workers were great very helpful and was able to find me the perfect car.I got my 2015 Honda Civic that day! Gregorio and Gil made it all happen! I even received a follow up call a few days after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle.

I purchased my Honda Civic over the 4th of July weekend. Ken Phillips was the salesmen that helped us, he took care of us from start to finish and made sure we were extremely happy with our purchase. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Metro Honda, the sales managers Oscar and John also diserve a shout out for making the car buying experience a pleasant one. I don't know if it was just because it was the 4th of July weekend but once Ken found out my boyfriend was a Marine he seemed to want to take care of us even more. Great dealership and great experience.

was told by this dealership that they had a "price match guarantee," but when I showed them a price that two other dealers had given me in writing. Of course, price guarantee did not happen. At this point, I wouldn't believe a word they said.

My very 1st 2014 Honda Accord Sport

so recently as of yesterday (02/15/2014) I got my first 2014 Honda Accord Sport I'm only 20 years old had a co-signer and they were very friendly and flexible, great deal. My sales person was Felix A., very nice, full attentive person, motivated, and willing to work with your price range. He was not very pushy that was a plus and he was able to make a great offer. I highly recommend this dealership and my sales person, Felix A., the other 2 reviews are old and not very updated with the real 2014 car dealership experience.
