I wanted to thank this dealership for making my Mom's 50th birthday a memorable one. They made the whole process fast and easy. After and month of car shopping and a long day up and down figueroa st Albert and Ron delivered top notch exceptional, professional, personable, and friendly service. They knew what I wanted and made it happen in less than 2hrs. Thank you guys so much, you have earned a new loyal customer for your brand :)

dishonest and disrespectful

i drove all the way from bakersfield after agreeing on all the deal no,after they got there they changed their no and when i contacted the internet manager ,he said they that i may misunderstood ,and after agreeing to the new no,and paying for the drive off,i found that they raised the no again and told that the manager on site said take it or leave .i guess he is punishing for not taking the deal he gave me and reach for another manager.

I was so amazed at how easy it was to negotiate a deal with this dealer. Everything done via the net, just had to walk into the dealer, sign the paperwork, and drove the car out!! Great job to salesman GARY K.!!!! good man. be sure to ask for him when you want a good deal!!!

When I saw the car that I wanted online I was amazed. Other scions were either poor condition (interior/ext), salvage title, too many miles, manual, etc. This car was my ideal one, with a great white pearl color, the best condition I had ever seen for a 06 and great price (but of course I still negotiated for a lower price) from the beg., when I inquired about the car over the phone, I was treated with great cx service from the sales dept. when I had questions to ask-(and I have a lot at times, remedial ones too) they took their time and answ. professionally ï THANKS TO KURT S for his professionalism and patience (while other dealers were impatient and answ questions short and quickly) so I decided to head down to DT Nissan to look at the car...GREAT experience, I initially dreaded going there and anticipated a RIFFOFF...Honestly NO Buyer's Remorse here! Best deal I've ever made and trust me I am a REAL customer. I like praises/commending businesses for a job well done and expressing contempt when a business is incompetent and has a failing performance. DOWNTOWN LA MOTORS/DOWNTOWN NISSAN IS PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT AND OFFER THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR PURCHASING A CAR, especially if its your first time (it my 2nd time, and the 1ST time is one I'm still trying to forget about) I highly recommend speaking with Kurt, he'll get the job done for you.
