Won’t buy from them again.

The sells rep and financial officer were nice, So 1 star each. But the management team gets minus stars. They tried to bait and switch their own online price and interest rates. Then he wouldn’t even consider adding in the cost of a hitch or cross rails. He told me I could buy them later. He also tried really hard to up-sell full priced add ons without being able to explain why I needed them. If another dealer had had the color, trim and options I was looking for, I would have bought them. I was so annoyed, I almost went with another car manufacturer. Under no circumstances do I recommend these guys.

2023 Subaru Ascent

After having the vehicle for almost a month, I am disappointed in the MPG the vehicle gets from what was posted on the sales information. It is a beautiful car for sure, but Subaru needs to do better about information it provides to its consumers. This does not get 19 to 27 mpg at all. We have yet to get to 19 mpg. Also disappointed in my trade in as they said they couldn't sell it and then 2 weeks later I get an email showing my vehicle for sale. I said yes to recommending, but I am not completely sure I would.

Scott, Noe and Eric were willing to go the extra mile, literally 63 miles, to make the sale. They had the car on the lot as advertised and we made an online deal and they delivered the car to my house, 63 miles away, the same day. Very professional, honest and thorough. If you are in the market for a new car, give them a call or make an online deal like I did. Cal Worthington has nothing on them. “I’ll eat a bug.”

Worst dealership

After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership I have had the worst experience with customer satisfaction to the work that has been completed in the service department. When trying to reach any department over the phone you’re redirected to the “main menu” sometimes up to 50 times. I had taken my car in for a recall service and later come to find my vehicle had more issues. Along with more issues I found that my windshield washer fluid spout and filler cap was broken off and the battery terminals were left with corrosion built up on them and this information was ever relayed or repaired. The garage has the worst workmanship and I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle through this dealer.

Amazing Cars and Amazing customer service

I’m so happy Subaru sold us such an amazing car. My son is very happy with his car and if it wasn’t for the sales gentleman Pedro we wouldn’t have gotten my son a car. He was very clear to us about everything and made it possible for us to get the car we got. Thank you Subaru and a big thank you to Pedro as well. We are so very happy with how things went. We’ll definitely spread the word and recommend Subaru cars to family and friends. Once again Thank you!!

This is a small(er) dealership with a big experience! I was fortunate to be assisted by Pedro who is as enthusiastic about Subaru as they come. His extensive knowledge was matched by his great service. He also managed to somehow make the process of acquiring my car a fun experience! Kudos to Subaru AV. I will be doing business there again!

Costco + Antelope Valley Subaru = Great Experience!

An AV salesman reached out to me after inquiring online, and I was able to head into the dealer with both a Costco quote and the dealer quote for the 2018 Outback Premium that I was interested in. My goal was to trade in my 2005 Outback and they gave me an above market-rate trade-in value, which I appreciated very much. The sales team and finance employees that I dealt with were open, enthusiastic and flexible. After a couple of test drives and adding/eliminating the options I needed for a safe, reliable vehicle for my newborn, I was on my way in a new car at a fair price. AV Subaru was professional and forthcoming in my dealings, and I would not hesitate to return to them in the future or refer them to a friend.

I really wanna take the time and thank bryan torres at the Subaru dealership on helping me out on a 2018 subaru wrx!! Great guy made me feel comfortable and helpful a lot getting me the best deal and also the big boss as well sticking his neck out for me with the banks appreciate all the hard work!
