New ownership terrible customer service

If you have the opportunity find another Cadillac dealership to do business with. We had interaction with the Brand Manager which is the owner's son. He promises the world and then does not assist you. You are passed to a sales rep who is unable to assist you and keeps you there for an entire afternoon. . Also please refrain from asking about his qualifications or information on the new dealership for fear of profiling. My recommendation is to go to another dealership that treats you nicely. We did and received great customer service.

We were glad to have Dina as our sales rep. She was very personable, organized and has done an outstanding job with her follow ups. She listened to our financial needs and wants and was able to offer a very competitive package. The sales process was painless and the staff was nice to work with. We appreciated the great service and will recommend your dealership to family and friends.

I gave 5 stars to this dealership because our experience was excellent we were not felt pressure but in the same time we felt that our sales team was more than willing to work with us gave us choices are very happy with our brand new equinox in 3 years I am going back for my new car
