The Entire Experience was First-Class!!!

The entire experience was first-class. From my initial contact with Denise responding to my Edmunds.com price request through the loan process to walking up to my shiny, spotless new car to drive home, I felt like I was treated as a VIP customer. Denise was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable; I felt like I could trust her advice and never felt pressured - not the typical experience I hear from my car-buying friends!! The facility was clean and welcoming, too, which helped me feel like I was dealing with a trustworthy company that cares about maintaining a good reputation. JR handled my paperwork quickly and efficiently but with a friendly demeanor that allowed me to feel comfortable asking any and all questions about what I was signing. All these elements are crucial to a customer feeling like they are choosing the right company to work with. Total AAA+ ratings on all parts of the transaction. Thank you!!

Best Car Buying experience ever!!

Both Nick and JR where very friendly and worked well to help me get what I wanted. Customer service was amazing! I also found that I was not pressured to buy anything, which felt great. The moment I came on to the lot not one attacked me either which was lovely.

J.R. was awesome! It was my first time going in to buy a car on my own and he made me feel so comfortable with the entire process. I never felt like he was being pushy or trying to sell me anything that I probably didn't want. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made the entire experience so painless. I wasn't able to purchase the Mazda3 that I wanted on Friday night because it was already pretty late and it was after hours, so J.R. sent me home but assured me that he would have everything ready for me the next morning and he did. He was able to get everything approved and finalized before I even made it back down to the dealership. All I had to do was go in and sign the papers and it saved me so much time. I think I waited longer to have the car washed, but I didn't mind because it was worth it. I was also introduced to Tyler (service manager) who also seemed pretty knowledgeable. I know when my car needs to be serviced, it will be in good hands him and his staff.

Carl was very helpful I wasn't sure if I wanted the sedan or suv. But after driving the Madza 3 I was sold. He gave me outstanding service. Also awesome finance dept. Excellent service from Nick and JR. Would definitely recommend. I almost forgot Tyler in the service dept. helped me with questions regarding roof racks very nice guy. I'm sure I'll be calling him soon.

The salesman Jim was not pushy and answered all of my questions. I went in just to test drive, not buy, and he had no problem helping me even though there wasn't much in it for him. But in the end, after test driving two cars I walked away a first time Mazda owner.

The overall experience was so great. Everyone in the Mazda department were very friendly and helpful. Nick was the one that helped me with finding the perfect car. He was so nice and explained everything so perfectly. Sha was the one who helped with all the paperwork and he was so great! This was my first time buying a car and both of them helped me understand everything before jumping into anything! Tuttle click is going to be who I refer all my family and friends to. This is what true customer service is about.

Everyone was really helpful, knowledgable, and patient while we were looking and very accommodating on the test drive and the whole experience in general was very pleasant.
