"Worse car buying experience ever!" - If you google the “TOP 10 Car Dealer Scams”, you will be experiencing almost every single one of those scamming techniques at Unicars Honda. I understand dealership is just like any other businesses which making profit should be one of their priorities. But I think there should be moral standards to follow and boundaries that shouldn’t be crossed. PLEASE do not referred anyone to this place cause they don't know anything about honesty and transparency. The dealership sold me a vehicle that was possibly in a car accident or with a salvage title not disclosed on the CarFax; the Vin on the pass-anger side is different than the original vin with many other things that I noticed. I am writing to you because this really got me very upset and frustrated

Horrible Service with Finance Department

I have been a customer with this dealership for 9 years and typically have had decent service. Dealing with the finance department here over the last 6 months has been the WORST experience. I have been trying to purchase my lease, which clearly doesn't financially benefit the dealership, so all I get is promised calls back, lost information and being told they are "busy" with other clients. I was told yesterday, "It is 4th of July weekend and I have 3 people in front of me, but promise to call you back later" no call and no regard for the fact I have been calling since April and called three days prior to the holiday for help. Simple customer service isn't hard, get people that truly care about their job and can follow through.

Excellent experience

I had a great experience purchasing my new Honda from Unicars. George was very helpful in explaining all of my options for my budget. I was surprised by how easy the process was made from entering the building to signing the contract and driving off the lot. I even received a gracious courteous call shortly after my purchase to see if I had any questions about all of the features on my new vehicle. Unicars Honda's employees went above and beyond to make my purchase a positive one and I won't forget that.

Basically stole $4000 off the trade-in value of my Jeep. Even the 'poor' condition was $6500. They credited $2500 toward the lease costs and pocketed the difference, smiling and shaking hands and telling me what a good deal I made, keeping me busy and distracted. A well oiled machine. I feel like such an idiot buying a car from [non-permissible content removed].
