From start to finish the overall experience at Fiesta Ford was a great one. I placed a custom order for a Ford Bronco Heritage Edition in Sep. 2023. The process took me a total of 30 mins. The vehicle was completed & delivered to Fiesta Ford in Feb. 2024. In less than 2 hours I was on the road home with my new Bronco. Many & the team at Fiesta Ford made the entire process stress free, haggle free, no gimmicks. I highly recommend!

I had a lot of questions about the Mach-E, especially since this was my first EV. My salesperson Manny was super helpful in answering all my questions regarding charging and locations, how it works, and he even helped me program my preferences on the screen and set it up with my phone. Stew in the finance dept was thorough but quick! Overall, my car buying experience here was excellent!

Outstanding service, brought my edge in for service as well a Brake issue. Sara my service representative suggested scull brake check. While I waited the brake specialist discovered the hydraulic part of the brake system had the be replaced. This was the very first “large” repair I had to replace, even the price of $2,000.00 for the new replacement was fair when you think of the mileage, wear and tear of the edge .

***SCAM*** Bought a used Jeep and the person explaining our purchase during the paper signing placed items to drum up the price of the vehicle. We missed an optional item that was placed on our purchase that we did not ask for BECAUSE THE DEALER HAD HIS HAND OVER THE FEE. It was a SWSD Alarm for $1350. We caught it the next day and they won't remove this optional fee that we did not request. ***SCAM*** Keep in mind... we did catch maitenance item that this dealer was trying to hide in our contract. **** FORD FIESTA WILL SCAM YOU***

My 2018 Ford Escape was in need of a short block engine replacement. It's under warranty, so there was no expenses on my end. I also had to have a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being made. They provided me with a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid, which I really enjoyed driving! I want to thank my service rep. Sarah Sanders, & everyone at Fiesta Ford for being so helpful and nice. We have had a great experience from the start to the finish. It started with Jim Parrish at the beginning of August and after I had sold my 2009 F-150 we got in contact again and Jim was off that day but still took my call. He referred us to Leo Flores who together with Jim make a good team. So after we finally found what we wanted we went to finance where we met another great guy in Steven Robinson. All together it was a stress free buy for us!

The service rep was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended a few services, one of which I chose, and called me later to advise me that I needed to replace my rear brake pads (which I knew was coming). My dealership performed all services in a timely manner at a fair price. As an extra bonus, they also washed my vehicle!

Women beware!

They saw me coming a mile away! Women beware, this service dept actually uses the “oh she’s a chick she won’t know” attitude. Brought my car in for a routine service check. When I returned a different service writer went over my paperwork during which time he said and I quote, “your brakes and tires are very warn, dangerous! You shouldn’t even drive home you could die!” According to the paperwork, even though my brakes and tires measured out exactly the same from months before, those same numbers were far too dangerous now for my own safety. I took the car to an independent service station and was told that there was basically nothing to panic over. The break pads are worn but certainly not in need of immediate repair at $300+, same for the tires. I guess my husband will have to accompany me every time or, I could just never go back there and let as many women as I can to be aware that this dealership takes advantage of women! I won’t be returning to lease my 9th car from Ford/Mazda.

The staff at Fiesta Ford bent over backwards to make my car buying experience easy and painless. Ilene was especially helpful, going so far as to come and pick me up at my home so I could test drive my car. My car was considered used even though it only had 4600 miles and still had the new car smell.
