Greatest Dealership Ever!!!

I can't tell you enough how pleased I am by the professionalism of Chad Norton and everyone that assisted me with my purchase at Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. Chad is most definitely the best salesman at this dealership. He was courteous, patient and incredibly accommodating. The process went extremely smooth and I was out the door with my 2021 Jeep Rubicon in no time, thanks to Chad and the whole staff. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. Thank you Chad, you're the best! I highly recommend Hemet CDJR and would give them more stars if I could! There were others that helped me including Sophia who hooked up my phone and answered a number of questions that I had. There was another young lady that helped me as well (I think her name was Lily). She was incredibly knowledgeable about Jeeps and how they work and she showed me all the cool stuff that came with my Jeep. I apologize for forgetting her name, but she was awesome! Even the young man that washed my car was cool and in my opinion, this guy needs to be working in sales. He knows everything about Mopar and Jeeps. He has a great sense of humor and he's very smart! The guy in finance was also wonderful and made the process very easy to understand. There were so many wonderful people, I'm sure that I have forgotten some names, but the exciting time I had will never be forgotten. Go to Hemet CDJR for your next purchase, you will not be disappointed, this is a top notch dealership!

From the minute I walked in, Gian and Marlon Matthews was helpful in locating the truck I saw listed. After a test drive and some negotiating, I drove away in my new truck. They even stayed past closing time to help finalize the deal.

Warranty Scam!

Shady car dealers that test the limits of the law! Take your money and spend way less of it somewhere else! I went in to buy a car that was advertised online for 26k when I got there they were very nice but they proceed to argue with me for hours, changing my apr and trying to force me to buy a warranty that they claimed I couldn't get financed unless I bought it. That is not only not true, it's illegal! They kept me waiting for 5 hours until I finally left. I called the next day because while I was negotiating I didnt know the "dealer warranty scam" google it! I explained that I knew I didn't have to buy the warranty to get financed and they backtracked because they could have been being recorded( I wasn't recording but i should have) they said that what they meant was it was best for them as a dealer if I bought it but I didn't have to. Great I said, then when can I come in and buy the car for the agreed price?! They proceeded to tell me another person was buying the car, later confirming it was in fact SOLD! Well I had my fiance and others confirm that day and a week later that the car was NOT SOLD! They lied so they could sell it to their next victim with the warranty! I took my business over to Ontario Jeep and not only got my car for 24k but they financed me at no money down, no warranty and a better APR in under 2 hours! I found out while I was at Ontario that Hemet ran my credit more than 10 times damaging my credit in the process! Do NOT buy from these guys, they are the nightmare dealers your dad warned you about! They will steal from you! I wish there was more I could do but write this review. What they did to me is illegal and I'm going to go as far as I can with this, they should not be in business! Please go take your hard earned money somewhere else and make a fair deal! I hope this helps someone out there!

I went in today WITH CASH IN HAND to purchase a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The salesman was [non-permissible content removed]. He was shifty and was not honest. When it came down to the price of the Jeep, They force you to buy a Dealer installed Alarm system $795 and Nitrogen in the tires $299. Doesn't make any sense at all to me. The vehicle I was purchasing was coming from another dealership and did not have the alarm or the nitrogen So just 1 more way for [non-permissible content removed] to rip you off! I walked out of the dealership with CASH IN HAND and purchased my new 2014 JEEP RUBICON FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP TODAY!

Buyers beware!

Buyers Beware. They are dishonest people. the sales manager claimed he would give me free oil changes for 2 years then added on hidden fees. they also force you to buy their 895.00 alarm, claim it is pre-installed, and they cannot sell the vehicle without it. They focus on your monthly payment, so they can trick you into overpaying for "extras"(alarm and nitro in the tires). they do not give the customers the option to purchase these items, which total to about 1,000. The finance manager said they add on all of the options because they have to make money and they have mouths to fees. It was a tough reality check finding out these people charged us over 28,000 for a vehicle that was worth 24,000. stay away from this dealership and try the Perris or Temecula Jeep Dodge and Chrysler.
