Sevice up and beyond

onThe reason I came in was for the possibility of what looked like a "nail "on the very outer edge of one of my tires. I explained to Mike Gormandy my concerns. He looked up the information about my tire, ordered it and said I could return the following day for the service. I returned the next day and car was brought back for a technician to inspect. The technician didn't find what I described and the car was brought back out. Mike found me in the waiting area and gave me the news. We walked out to my car and I explained that I knew the location of the "nail" in the tire by a marking on the sidewall. Mike moved the car back just enough to see if we could locate it. The "nail" was still there. Mike picked at it for a bit and out "it" came. It was a very small rock the was in bedded in the tire tread and it had the look of a rusted nail. I was relived that I wouldn't need a new tire. I asked Mike to go back inside for me to pay for the inspection and he said there would be no charge! Mike just proved that customer satisfaction is his top priority.I've brought my car into Gosch for all of my service work and will keep doing so in the future. Thanks Mike! P.S. To top it off my car was washed!

Disappointed

onCame in for an Oil change waited in the lobby. When the car was done the service guy Rodger went over the paperwork with me. I went out to my car and had to go back in to the service center as they did not finish drying off the car. When I got home I looked over the paperwork and saw they reported 2 Nails in my back tires. It said that the right one was unrepairable and that they were both leaking air. At that moment I became Furious as to why they didn't tell me about this problem. So they sent me on the road with 2 tires 2 Nails leaking air great! I do not know the name of the person who found those nails! Any rate they failed to give me this information and I'm driving. So I called the dealership and let them know the mistake they did. Everybody makes mistakes we're not perfect but I felt and told them that this was a mistake they shouldn't have made sending me out when my tires could blow. So I said alright give me a quote on a tire if I have to buy a new one it's better than worrying about a blowout! Rodger called back with a quote. The next morning I called around to a few tire shops to get quotes on that tire. I came across a company that I thought sounded good and I went over to them. They removed the tiny nails that didn't even penetrate. Then they immersed them in water and found no leaks!!! Put the tires back on and didn't charge me a dime. I told him the dealership had told me my tires were leaking and I had Nails in them. As soon as I got in the car I called Fernando at the dealership and told him about the situation he took it upon himself to transfer me over to Mike in service for him to handle the situation. Mike called me the next morning to apologize and see what he could do to make it right. Since it was going to cost me over $300 for a new tire that's what I told him so he put $300 in my account for when the next time I come in there I'll have that to put towards any work. I really didn't feel like that was enough but I'm not a gold digger. I am a family member of GM, my uncle retired from there. I have sold 6 cars at that dealership in 1 year, by referring my family here in town. I felt I was being ripped off and that's one thing that will make my blood boil! Family member or not! Unacceptable! I will go to the other company to buy my tires when needed.

onTook my brand new Tahoe to get 1rst service Employee did not say hi good morning nothing Just took my car service it and left it dirty and didn't even ask iff I wanted wash . That's not good custermer service . At all just took my money and left my car dirty . Will not do business with them again . Will take it somewear eals for service .

onI had a problem with the starter system and transmission interface. My serviced advisor Mr. Mario Cisneros was professional in every aspect of this service call. After inspecting my vehicle the service people determined the problem was a safety hazard. They ordered the part and disassembled the transmission problem area. Mario contacted me immediately and before the transmission was disassembled. It took a little longer than we had expected to receive the part but Mr. Cisneros kept me informed of the status on a daily basis. He offered me a loaner car and was courteous and professional in every manner. We finally got the car back in proper running condition. What could have been a terrible ordeal was changed into a good experience. I felt that Mario and the entire service department showed their desire for customer care through their actions.

onOnce again my service adviser 'Mike" was fantastic. This guy is really good. What a pleasure it is to go to a service department and know that everything is going to handled right! I am 58 years old and have taken many cars to many different service departments in my life time. Mike is by far the best. I will never go any where else.

Gary was helpful and knowledgeable, Lupe was great during the sales process and not pushy at all.. very patient with my questions and strived to get me the best deal possible. Angel was great during the delivery process and explained every inch of my new 2016 Suburban. Overall, wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning to GOSCH for our next vehicle as well as spreading the good word to our friends and family!

onGosch collision did a great job repairing my 09 silverado. Mike was the original contact when we fist started and Richard did a great job finishing things up. My truck was finished when they they promised and Claudia kept me up to speed throughout the process. I had work done here before with the same professionalism.
