we came to Hayward Mitsubishi for test drive but female from front desk said: "Cars are brand new and we don't want to put miles on" What ??? Really ?? I was step away to purchase then went across the street and got Nissan Murrano. Good luck mitsubishi

Overall very positive experience. I personally dealt with Daniel and George. They are both personable and straightforward. Once a deal is made paperwork is quick and easy. I docked a star for “out the door time.” It seemed once everything was signed, it took forever to get out the door. Finalizing the departure appeared disorganized. Granted it seemed like a busy day with an understaffed crew.

Jacklyn was so helpful. She was honest about the car I had looked into at first, but another car caught my eye and that was it. I wanted that car! Jackie helped me through the whole process and explained every section of the paper work before signing anything. The owner was very nice and helpful as well. I forgot his name but I appreciate his help as well!

Each time I bring my car in for service I am always greeted warmly by Mona in the Service Department. She is so welcoming and assures you that your car will be well taken care of. I don't see the mechanics but I want to extend my gratitude to them for taking good care of my car and making sure it is safe and in good shape. Also, I truly appreciate the Lyft back and forth to my job in Hayward. It helps so much when you don't have to take time off work. You are the best!!!

I started the day off looking for a used truck, but still under factory warranty, hoping to save a little money, and I found something very close to what I was looking for at Hayward Mitsubishi, but listed at a much lower price than I was expecting! After I checked to make sure the Carfax report looked good, rather than call, I filled out an online request as it was still before 9:00, and what do you know, right at 9:00 I received a call from Destiny Bets one of the salespeople there. She was very polite and courteous over the phone and even offered to go take some "real time" photos of the truck and text them to me. After checking out the pics, I made an appointment to meet with Destiny at 10:00, and she was right there to greet me as i pulled up with keys to the truck in her hand. I've talked to many, many "salespeople" over the years, but with Destiny, I was immediately comfortable, at ease, and she wasn't "pushy" at all. After driving the truck, everything checked out as promised so I felt comfortable talking numbers with them, and that's when I met Jackie the sales manager. I was pre-approved through my credit union, so financing wasn't an issue but after talking with Jackie, I decided I would give her a shot to see if she could save me a little money on interest rate, and what do you know, within minutes I was approved at 1 1/4% lower than what I had at my credit union who I've been with for years! That alone saved me over $35/month in payment, and after getting a slightly lower price than it was advertised at, my payment ended up a full $45/mo less than what I was expecting to pay! To top it all off, the truck was clean, full of gas, and I was out of there with everything done before 12:00...a personal best for me, and I've bought a lot of cars in my time. By far, this was the best car buying experience I have EVER had, and I definitely will be back............GIRLS RULE!!!

Beware of the Dealership! My recent experience with their sales person named Tommy was misleading, dishonest and inconvenient. I called before making the hour long trip to the dealership to make sure they had an advertised used Jeep Wrangler in stock. Tommy put me on hold and came back to the phone letting me know that the car was still available at which time I confirmed I would be coming right over. Approximately 90 minutes later when I arrived at the dealership a guy greeted me and when I asked for Tommy, he joked (I guess) that Tommy had gotten fired. Odd way to greet a customer. After unsuccessfully trying to locate Tommy, the guy confirmed that the Jeep was somewhere on the lot. After looking around for 15 minutes and claiming that the car may be in the back lot we went into the showroom to see what was up, thinking maybe it was out on a test drive or something. This is when we were told that the car was actually at their dealership across the bay, in Redwood City. It was at this point that I became upset asking the group of sales people standing around how Tommy could confirm the car was on the lot and to ‘come on by” if in fact the car was in Redwood City. They all looked dumbfounded and just said "sorry". They then offered to send the car over from Redwood City if I could wait for 30 minutes or I could drive to Redwood City and see it there. I then agreed to wait for them to bring the car to me. Within the next 5 minutes they approached me and said that actually the vehicle had been sold over in Redwood City. This was an outright lie. At this point I left in frustration. This is an untruthful and shady dealership. I would recommend that anyone thinking of buying a car here steer clear and take your business elsewhere.,

I was treated with respect and I was heard clearly about my needs. I was provided service by two amazing men who were patient and kind; they kept really well communication through the entire process. Even though I was stressed I didn’t have anything to worry about because they even helped me take care of insurance. I’m so glad that I was led to this dealership and I pray that their business continues to grow and they bless many more lives!

Happy with my Outlander PHEV purchase

Max was my auto sales rep and he been very helpful during the whole process. When my wife and I stepped in to Hayward Mitsubishi just take a look at the Outlander PHEVs, to see which colors look good in person, we got a couple of test drives out of the visit. Max went over many of the features of the Outlander PHEV and we were impressed. We had shopped around at other dealerships and Hayward Mitsubishi was very competitive. We completed the purchase just a few days later. Chadi the manager who we interacted with during the sales was also very friendly and helpful. He worked out a few details which made our purchase very suitable for family.
