Dissatisfied customer

I purchased two cars from Hanford Hyundai, the first one in November 2016 from a salesman Jose. Our experience was pleasant and we did not have any issues. Jose was very knowledgeable and professional when dealing with us. The second vehicle was purchased on December 2017. Unfortunately for us when we bought the second car, Jose was no longer working for Hanford Hyundai. Our salesperson for the second vehicle was Anna. She was very young and did not have any clue about the car she was selling. I was extremely frustrated because that she was unable to answer the simplest questions about the car. However, if that wasn’t enough trouble we also had to endure the process of Ana processing the finance paperwork because the finance person was on vacation. That was a total nightmare. On our second purchase in December, we discovered a couple of scratches on the vehicle and Hyundai promised to take care of the issue. The first time I took the vehicle I was dissatisfied because they did a poor job repairing the scratches. The second time I took the vehicle, I dealt with Omar and he was very nice and accommodating. Omar reassured me that he was going to take care of the problem and he did. He was very friendly and professional and he was the best interaction I had during the second purchase. I have purchased a total of four cars from Hanford Hyundai and although some experiences have been good, I am not sure if I will take another chance when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. My advice for anyone looking to buy a car, ask for an experience salesperson. Every company should hire experienced salespeople that have the maturity and knowledge about the product they are selling.

Very Very Poor Customer Service

SERPA HYUNDAI Handford California dealership is new and nice, ONE BIG PROBLOM Sales People are not nice they are Very Vey rude and insulted my friend and myself on the vehicle we came in because I guess it was not a Hyundai it was a 56K 2007 Acura RL. It seems like they don't like Military Personnel they brushed us off like we can't afford the cars they were showing us "Hyundai Genesis" and left us I forgot the name of the sales man but he almost had a ring on every finger, OK this dealership is located in a Military Town and without us this town will be a ghost town they should not treat us and any civilian like this it's not right for anyone. Look I don't like to pull rank but I'm an O3 Offices and regardless I'm an officer or if I was an enlisted Military Personnel they should treat everyone equally. Other issues the Dealership only had a few new cars and had a lot of used cars including a Chrysler 300 Limo in the front of the Dealership Very Strange. I will also forward this to the Hyundai head office they should be aware of this.
