I purchased used Ram 2500 truck from Gridley Country Ford and it was a pleasant and non-stressful experience. I live 2.5 hrs away and was hesitant buying a truck without seeing it in person first. They were very accommodating and took additional pictures, answered all of my questions and we had a video call to show me the truck. We didn't finalize the sale until I was onsite and could test drive it. They were straightforward without the gimmicks and pressure tactics that I had observed elsewhere. Graham and Matt took great care of me, and I highly recommend this dealership.

I just needed my Lincoln smogged. I figure Country Ford has a full history of my car so why not add this procedure too! I waited for the slogging to be done, the waiting room was clean and warm, coffee hot! Was not a long wait.

I could not be happier with my decision to buy my F 350 Diesel crew cab 4x4 truck at Gridley Country Ford. I just had my first service and the guys at the service department were very friendly and helpful. It's always nice to get back a very clean vehicle.It's very convenient to have your vehicle serviced near home. The free car wash for as long as you own the vehicle is very nice.

Time for a tune up

It was time for my Lincoln to be serviced, tune up and engine light was on. Maybe some rodent damage too. Parts needed to be ordered, I was called and appointment was made. All was fixed on my Lincoln, small amount rodent damage.(I had long talk with my barn cats!) My son in law, who had been a mechanic assured me that the cost on the work done was very good. My Lincoln now runs like brand new. The Staff at Gridley Ford are helpful, very patient explaining what needed to be. I trust this dealership with keeping my Lincoln running well.

We purchased a 2014 Escape. There was a great selection to choose from and Steve Rubie was one of the most professional and attentive employees (of course, they only hire the best at this dealership). He answered all our questions, showed us all the "bells and whistles", and was informative about warranty, etc. This was our 5th vehicle purchased through Gridley Country Ford and we won't purchase anywhere else. The Service Department is highly trained and very efficient as well. The best dealership in the state.

I have been wanting a new truck for sometime now, however buying a new vehicle is normally a stressful event. I decided to go to Gridley Ford and try them. Well that was the best thing I have done in a long time. Curt and Curtis were both so helpful and patient with my wife and I because we had a lot of questions to ask. Their dealership seems to be ran the old fashion way, honesty and integrity. I feel I got the truck I wanted and at a very fair price. I love my new F250 Super Duty and would buy my next vehicle there again. Thank you Gridley Country Ford!
