onI went there to lease a new car last month. They had an advertised price of $219/mo plus tax. THe price the sales manager gave me was about $50 more per month. I asked what was causing the difference in the price, and the sales manager told me it was all because of financing costs related to my credit. My credit is not awful but not that good, so it made sense. Also, I thought that the dealer would have to disclose anything added to the car. The whole difference in the price was from over $1700 of dealer added accessories that they not only did not disclose, they lied and actively hid the fact. Avoid this dealer at all costs! They rip you off and lie to your face.

onI came in to Glendale Toyota to purchase a new Camry. Traded in my old car and received a fair price for it. I've bought a few cars over the last 10 years from other dealerships and Glendale Toyota was the best experiences I've had in buying a new car. I would recommend this dealership to any one of my friends or family members.

Best car buying experience.

onI am 50 years old and have bought many new cars in my lifetime; this was by far the best car-buying experience I have had. The price I was quoted by Toyota of Glendale was significantly lower than any of the other LA area Toyota dealers that i contacted. The dealership than stood by the offer, there were no loss leaders, exceptions, consultations with managers, or any other gimmicks. The salesperson was obviously very busy, judging by the amount of calls and pages she received, but she patiently went through each one f the car's features and paired my phone with the navigation system. If my next car purchase is a Toyota I will definitely make the trip from the Southbay to buy the car at Toyota of Glendale.

Bad manners on selling extended warranty

onSales person was very honest and helpful. Then, finance manager continued for nearly 20 minutes trying to sell us an extended warranty before he would finish our paper work. We told him a dozen times to stop because we never buy them. We were in a rush. I assume that he gets a big commission for selling the warranty. He also spent a good deal of the time trashing the Prius by saying it would have loads of electric problems after three years.

onI bought a 2013 Camry LE from Glendale of Toyota a week ago. Very friendly Internet & Fleet Sales Team, good price and quick service. I recommend getting in touch with them, before going to the lot and getting the price you are thinking to pay. Do not waste your time at other dealers.

purchased our 2nd costco car here

onthrough the costco auto buying program, we bought a corolla four years ago and we bought a prius a few weeks ago at this dealership. had no problems during either purchase. the "costco" sales people are friendly and terrific to work with. we never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't want. there are three toyota dealerships closer to our home, but, they're not part of the costco auto program.

A Good Place to Buy a Car

onI was pleased with the salesman who worked with me in my efforts to find an SUV that met my needs and my pocket book. They were reasonable, straight forward with me, and made the effort to drive to my husband's office to show him the vehicle, and then again to sign the purchase agreements. They were accommodating and courteous. Good experience.

onAll I wanted to do was buy a work truck. I told them exactly what I wanted and they either have it or they don't. I don't want a test drive, I don't want to haggle over the price, I don't need them to "sell" me the car, just take my order. I didn't have time to drive 20 miles to another dealer to see what kind of a deal they could make me. Glendale Toyota pre-filled out my paperwork and delivered my new truck to me. "Sign here, here and here, hand them a check and we're done. I saved time, money and wear on my nerves. I hate buying a new car or truck but this makes it as painless as possible. And it didn't hurt that another dealer said I made the best deal in the region on my truck.

Super Smooth No-Hassle Online Buying Experience

onLisa, Charles, and Ed had me driving off in a 2011 Toyota Prius less than 48h after submitting a request for a quote. After conferring with me on the phone, Lisa, the Internet sales manager, emailed me a quote for a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. Charles met me the next morning for a test drive and patiently explained all the features of the vehicle. Finally, Ed walked me through all of the paperwork and I was on my way in my new Prius. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this dealership.
