They will say anyting over the phone just to get you in. Once you are in the dealership they will lie non stop vs what was promised over the phone. Stay away. There are better kia dealers out there.

Twist of Sales

I used an online service to establish the price of a Sedona. Very quickly after that I got a call from Marin at Glendale. I specifically asked her if all the options, pricing etc. were all correct. Yes was the answer. Sadly when we arrived we had to wait for 30+ minutes to even look at the car, then got the Junior sales-man tactic of "this is what your payment is". WTF? We had a price established, and now are all of a sudden looking at 5k more (before tax/license etc.)? Every tactic was thrown at us to try to get us to buy at a much higher price. Luckily we'd done our homework and knew about every incentive, dealer kick-back etc. We walked away after 1.5 hours. What a waste of time. A typical "car sales man" dealer-ship.
